Although Eric Zuesse is sometimes overly dramatic when it comes to Ukraine, which he has written about for years, This article of his on ZeroHedge a few days ago is interesting:

Ukraine, Trump, & Biden - The Real Story Behind "Ukrainegate

https://www.zerohedge.com/geopolitical/ukraine-trump-biden-real-story-behind-ukrainegate

Especially, he points out the importance of the oligarch Kolomoysky, who he suggests is the most powerful and corrupt person in Ukraine, arguing that he was the actual boss of Hunter Biden in Ukraine as he may also control Zelensky. This statement is important if true:

So, both Kolomoysky and Zelensky are evidently now considering to seek Moscowโ€™s protection...

This might represent ultimate failure of Washington's Ukraine gambit.

Also worth reading is David Stockman's 3-part piece (which neglects to mention Kolomoysky):

Catherine Austin Fitts claims missing $21 trillion is a symptom of something worse.

It's important to understand what FASAB 56 means: Congress no longer controls the approval of international treaties, whether or not we go to war, who and what is going to fight our army. We now have an infinite amount of money, as long as the dollar holds, to finance secret armies, mercenary armies, corporate armies. So, what is it Congress does?

So, FASAB 56 is not about accounting and it's not about secret money. It's about who controls the U.S. government. And now that Amazon is running the cloud for the intelligence agencies and Microsoft is about to run the cloud for the D.O.D., with FASAB 56 in place you can re-engineer the entire government operation to be absolutely controlled by a secret group of people who can do whatever they want. That's what this is, a complete coup d'etat.

Thanks for this. The Ukraine story should be in the spotlight as the country is tragically being assimilated and exploited by the predatory West. Predation by western governments, corporations and banks has happened often before (see Argentina for example) but this time it's especially tragic. In addition to the human cost, perhaps the best agricultural land in the world is about to be infested by GMO which otherwise is rejected entirely by Russia and strongly opposed by the EU. I'm surprised that Russia is allowing this to happen right across its 1,227 mile land border with Ukraine, because GMO can contaminate across borders. Maybe Putin will have something to say about it to Zelensky in their upcoming summit meeting on 9 December.

I'm personally saddened by the plight of Ukraine as I have strong ties with it. Its people have historically suffered (through two world wars and the Holodomor in just the last century) but they had a chance to develop toward first world status after the fall of the Soviet Empire. In 1992 they had no debt, abundant natural resources, the largest territory in Europe apart from European Russia and an enviable geostrategic location between East and West which they could have leveraged for commercial and political advantage much the same way that Turkey has been doing, but which would have required them to maintain a strong independence. But instead they long for a place at the EU table while being handed mostly scraps, meanwhile turning away from their up-and-coming Slavic relatives to the east, who were perhaps most able and willing to succor them.

I see Turkey, situated to the south of Ukraine across the Black Sea, successfully positioning itself as a powerful middle-man both politically and economically. It has wisely involved itself in gold-backed trade having an established gold market/industry and has strongly promoted tourism (it has a lot to offer on that front) while greatly expanding the presence of Turkish Airlines as an East-West carrier based in its new Istanbul airport hub, probably intending to displace Dubai's Emirates Airline. Check out the impressive Ridley Scott "film" promoting Turkey: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C5CbPzfzhnw.

The contrast with Ukraine could not be more stark. International flights tend to go around Ukraine as it's easy to see on FlightRadar24.com (https://www.flightradar24.com/41.69,35.71/4). The domestic air travel situation is far behind the rest of Europe, thanks in part to Ukrainain oligarchs who have resisted competition from low-cost carriers. So, poor Ukrainians still find European travel out of reach despite the new no-visa regime. The company SkyUp is attempting to overcome the legendary corruption in Ukraine with a new discount airline but is battling fierce opposition (https://skyup.aero/en/underattack -- a case study in Ukrainian corruption). They have been introducing flights in all major Ukrainian cities except third largest Dnipro, the stronghold of oligarch Ihor Kolomoisky, who owns the airport in that city as well as being a majority owner of Ukraine International Airlines.

Ukrainian Corruption -- A Case Study

>The contrast with Ukraine could not be more stark. International flights tend to go around Ukraine as it's easy to see on FlightRadar24.com (https://www.flightradar24.com/41.69,35.71/4). They have been introducing flights in all major Ukrainian cities except third largest Dnipro, the stronghold of oligarch Ihor Kolomoisky, who owns the airport in that city as well as being a majority owner of Ukraine International Airlines.

Almost 15 years ago, I was traveling in Europe and met a German businessman on his way to Dneproptrovsk (now Dnipro). He told me a story passed on to him by a business partner acquainted with Lufthansa. The airline had just begun operating in Dnepropetrovsk, which is not easy to do (see above). As part of the deal they contributed a de-icing machine to the airport which could be used by Ukrainian carriers as well as Lufthansa. But then they were demanded to "contribute" an additional $1 million. They refused. At the time there was a Lufthansa plane on the ground in Dnepropetrovsk and it was refused permission to depart until the "contribution" was paid. The captain and crew went to the airport in the middle of the night, snuck aboard the plane and took off without lights, never looking back. The word got around the German business world (along with other similar stories) and since then Germany has avoided doing business in general with Ukraine. I don't know how true this story is, but it realistically depicts the the plight of Ukraine.

Barr Disputes Major Horowitz Finding Based On Durham, CIA Evidence

https://www.zerohedge.com/political/barr-disputes-key-horowitz-finding-based-durham-cia-evidence

> Attorney General William Barr will dispute a fundamental finding in the upcoming Inspector General report - namely that the FBI was justified in launching an operation Crossfire Hurricane, the agency's official covert counterintelligence investigation into links between the Trump campaign and Russian officials, according to the Washington Post.

> Part of Barrโ€™s reluctance to accept that finding is related to another investigation, one being conducted by Connecticut U.S. Attorney John Durham, into how intelligence agencies pursued allegations of Russian election tampering in 2016. Barr has traveled abroad to personally ask foreign officials to assist Durham in that work. Even as the inspector generalโ€™s review is ending, Durhamโ€™s investigation continues. -Washington Post

Why Are Ukrainian Neo-Nazis Joining the Hong Kong Protests?

https://sputniknews.com/asia/201912021077466396-why-are-ukrainian-neo-nazis-joining-the-hong-kong-protests/

> Leaders of far-right Ukrainian groups that rose to prominence in the 2014 coup dโ€™etat they helped orchestrate, including the Azov Battalion and Right Sektor, have recently traveled to Hong Kong to participate in the anti-Beijing protests there. Itโ€™s unclear why the groups, sporting the apparel of a far-right hooligan group called โ€œHonorโ€ or โ€œGonor,โ€ have gone to Hong Kong, but the fact that both the 2014 Ukrainian coup and the present protests in Hong Kong have enjoyed extensive support from the CIA-spawned National Endowment for Democracy may give a clue.

Very interesting attempt by the Ukrainians to whitewash their identification with Nazism (see attached image).

Krieger: "This Entire Century Has Been An Unmitigated March In The Direction Of Stupidity"

https://www.zerohedge.com/geopolitical/krieger-entire-century-has-been-unmitigated-march-direction-stupidity

> Three major crisis events have rocked the U.S. this century, and much of the public has embraced, or at least accepted, the worst possible response in all cases. The first was the attacks of 9/11, which officially ushered in the modern national security surveillance state and all but obliterated the 4th amendment. The second was the financial crisis, where the response from Bush/Obama was to bail-out the criminals, destroy any semblance of the rule of law by jailing zero Wall Street executives, and to ensure the Federal Reserve (and mega-banking institutions in general) became stronger and more powerful than ever. Finally, there was the shock election of Donald Trump. Rather than take his ascendance as a warning about centralized power, the faux โ€œresistanceโ€ has been obsessed with removing him, celebrating intelligence agencies/military aggression, bemoaning free speech, and rehabilitating George W. Bush.

> Iโ€™ve become convinced the next major event that will be used to further centralize power and escalate domestic authoritarianism will center around U.S.-China tensions.

> When that day arrives, and itโ€™s likely not too far off, certain factions will try to sell you on the monstrous idea that we must become more like China to defeat China. Weโ€™ll be told we need more centralization, more authoritarianism, and less freedom and civil liberties or China will win. Such talk is total nonsense and the wise way to respond is to reject the worst aspects of the Chinese system and head the other way.

> If youโ€™re horrified by Chinaโ€™s human rights abuses, then push for an end to murderous U.S. wars abroad based on lies. If the Chinese surveillance panopticon concerns you, we should move in the exact opposite direction with less corporate and state surveillance, not more. If China launches a state-sanctioned digital currency system designed to monitor, and if desired, restrict transactions, we should reject this approach and embrace open, decentralized and permissionless systems like Bitcoin. We should fight lack of freedom with more freedom.

In Q drop 3620, Q suggests that conventional PGP encryption/signing is compromised. This was probably in response to an anon's advice given to Q to use a digital signature to identify himself rather than rely on "trip codes", which I believe only apply to 8chan. If Q had been willing to use PGP, he need not have gone dark for three months while 8chan was down.

Q did everyone a favor by revealing that PGP is compromised. It is a standard for email encryption, probably used by millions. Imagine if the Deep State has a back door?

I don't know anything about the algorithm behind "trip codes". Even if Q trusts them, are they open, well-audited and available for general use? I don't know. But I'm familiar with another algorithm for digital signing, Ed25519, from when I worked cyrptocurrencies. It is a popular choice because it is fast and because it is based on academic research led by Daniel J. Bernstein. It is completely open and extensively audited. There is no known instance of a cryptocurrency theft by breaking this algorithm, which surely is a high-incentive target. Importantly, Bernstein was motivated to design a new algorithm because he did not trust government-approved algos like RSA. He even won a court case against the US Government which sought to deny him the right to publish his work.

This begs the question, why didn't Q use Ed25519 DSA instead of "trip codes" which would have allowed him to publish on any platform? I can only guess. But I felt like setting up a simple web page for general use, now that I don't trust PGP anymore, based on a well-audited implementation of Ed25519. It's functional not fancy at this point and is brand new so there may be bugs. https://ed25519-dsa.github.io/

Election voting fraud has been a major theme for the Q/Q+ team from the start. Q has assured us that the 2020 elections are safeguarded in drop 2610. But then, Q also said the 2018 midterm elections were safe in drop 1197.

Election fraud has been going on forever, but it has been investigated and exposed like never before in the Internet age. Bev Harris at BlackBoxVoting.org has done great work on the subject since 2003. She's slowed down in recent years, perhaps discouraged by the lack of progress being made. She used to appear regularly on Mike Rivero's show (whatreallyhappened.com) and Mike, having a strong technical, solution-oriented background, proposed a solution to election voting fraud. It looks good to me.

HOW TO HAVE HONEST ELECTIONS

http://www.whatreallyhappened.com/WRHARTICLES/honestelections.php

> "It is enough that the people know there was an election. The people who cast the votes decide nothing. The people who count the votes decide everything." -- Joseph Stalin

>Following the Florida election debacle of 2000, Americans were promised a more honest, transparent, and verifiable system of elections. We didn't get it, because the election stealers won that election and decided that keeping the current system was their best guarantee of re-election.

> The election of 2016 changed that. The candidate being cheated by the system, Donald Trump, still prevailed thanks to a landslide that overcame the vote rigging. He will see having an honest election system as his best chance for a second term. Hence, there is a real opportunity to throw out the current system, whch is designed to enable and conceal stealing elections, and replace it with a system that hinders cheating as much as possible.

> To begin, stolen elections are a reality in this nation. John F. Kennedy stole the 1960 election from Richard Nixon. Nixon stole his re-election in what became known as the Watergate scandal. George W. Bush likely stole the 2000 election from Al Gore, and everyone had a ring-side seat watching Hillary Clinton trying to steal the election from Donald Trump.

> A good place to start to learn about election stealing is the HBO documentary, "Hacking Democracy." It is available on NetFlix, Amazon Live, and Hulu. Here is a YouTube video of the final scenes showing how an electronic voting machine has the election results changed without even needing to touch the machine!

> For more information, please visit http://blackboxvoting.org/, the website operated by Bev Harris, who is featured in the HBO documentary.

HOW TO HAVE HONEST ELECTIONS

http://www.whatreallyhappened.com/WRHARTICLES/honestelections.php

(continued)

> Now then, I wish to offer a suggestion for a very simple way to have a more open and honest election system. It is not 100% foolproof, but is designed to make it very difficult for cheating to happen and difficult to conceal it. This stands in sharp contrast to the current system, which is designed to facilitate and conceal the manipulation of elections.

> The neccessity to overhaul our system goes beyond restoring Democracy in the United States. The 2016 election debacle has wrecked America's image around the world. Restoration of honest elections will be the first step on the very long road back to being respected by other nations.

> First, some basic rules.

> 1. No electronic machines!

> 2. No central tabulation centers!

> Everyone who votes must have ID to prove they are a US citizen and eligable to vote. Absentee ballots are only given to those who can prove they are unable to vote in person.

> After the voters vote, their finger is marked with ink that takes a week to fade away, to prevent them from voting more than once. For those concerned about hygiene, a spray could be used.

> All voting is done on paper ballots. All ballot boxes are kept in the polling area where voters can see them, to avoid ballot box stuffing or swapping.

> When the polls close, the precincts hand-count the ballots in full view of witnesses, and verify the accuracy. All paper ballots are to be stored for an entire year after the election.

> The totals for that polling place are posted for all to see and copies provided to all witnesses.

> In the city newspaper the next day, all the totals for all the city precincts are printed, along with totals for the city. This allows everyone to first verify that their precinct totals were reported accurately, and to verify the math leading to the city totals for themselves.

> Now, we move up a level! The state newspapers print all the city totals, and again the totals for the state. This allows everyone to first verify that their city totals were reported accurately, and to verify the math leading to the state totals for themselves.

> Final level: The national newspapers print all the state totals, and tally up the winners. This allows everyone to first verify that their state totals were reported accurately, and to verify the math leading to the national totals for themselves.

> What this does is create a system where there are literally millions of Americans watching and verifying the vote counts from polling place to final totals. In essence, election verification is being crowdsourced. Yes, it is a bit slower than the instant-guessing on TV, but that will prevent the corporate media from using "projections" to try to discourage voters of unfavored candidates from heading to the polls. There is in fact no law that says the winners of the elections have to be announced immediately, and certainly most Americans are willing to trade speed for accuracy in such an important matter. In the early days of this nation, prior to the telegraph, it would take weeks for the populace to learn who won the elections!

> As I said, this is not a 100% perfect system. It is only as good as the people running it. But it does make stealing elections very difficult and that should always be the design objective of any election system!

Bolivia Is A Text Book Example Of A U.S. Engineered Military Coup In Latin America. Evo Morales was a very successful President who was leading his people out of poverty โ€“ which will now be undone.

https://www.investmentwatchblog.com/bolivia-is-a-text-book-example-of-a-u-s-engineered-military-coup-in-latin-america-evo-morales-was-a-very-successful-president-who-was-leading-his-people-out-of-poverty-which-will-now-be-undone/

> Morales had the best economic record of any country in South America since he became President in 2006. All of the benefits of rapid economic growth went to the lower 90% of the population and hardly anything at all to the top 10% wealthy Bolivians of European extraction who owned and controlled the country before he became President and who have now been restored to power by the US engineered Fascist Military Coup.

> Bolivia has the largest reserves of Lithium in the world. These reserves have yet to be developed. Morales was negotiating deals with China and Germany to use these reserves to manufacture electric car batteries in Bolivia for export, instead of just exporting the raw material. This would have created thousands of jobs in Bolivia, lifted many more people out of poverty, and grown Boliviaโ€™s economy.

> It is now thought the real reason for Ivanka Trumpโ€™s strange visit to Jujuy in Northern Argentina, September 5, was to arrange or make the payments to bribe Boliviaโ€™s Army & Police Chiefs with $1m and $500,000 each for the Fascist Military Coup on November 10.

I'd like to think the three month disappearance of 8chan was part of a well-considered strategy that included, as you say, divide-and-conquer. That Q 'predicted' 93 days of darkness supports the idea that Q intended this or at least thought the down time was net beneficial. As I argued in >>38692 Q may have had the option to post anywhere he wished just by using a digital signature, but chose not to.

But I'm not so sure. The other interpretation is that it was a temporary win for the dark forces. There was a successful attack and that attack is ongoing and is still causing outages. It also seems to me that the 8chan site management was caught off-guard, did not have a backup plan in place, and has been slow to recover. I'm speaking as an experienced developer.

I'm a believer in decentralization and so I'm glad to know that there are many other platforms hosting a distributed community of patriots. Any time there is a concentration of wealth, power, or even truth, it becomes a target. QR definitely has a target on its back and always will as long as it is seen as a threat by the dark forces. Rather than wait until the next round of attacks and hope we survive them, perhaps we should be more proactive in moving toward decentralization. Simply supporting QRB as an alternative to QR is a start, but we could go further by supporting efforts to completely decentralize the Internet. Not only do we need this, but society will need it going forward.

When Q mentioned /projectDcomms/ for the first time, anons tried to figure out its meaning. An anon found the site http://dcomms.org/ (Dcomms.org - fully decentralized and secure communications) which may or may not be related to Q's project. There is also https://safenetwork.tech/ (The Safe Network) and its associated cryptocurrency MaidSafe/SafeCoin. Thoughts?
