IMO we should keep the bunker as a place to communicate if/when QR is under attack.

I don't think we need to publicize it further. Those that want a bunker already know about it. Others will go to twitter, etc.

Regarding traffic... I think some people migrated to twitter during the blackout and got hooked on their following. Also, people may be less active since we've moved out of a primarily research phase into execution. The dynamic has shifted for the moment. It will shift again and we'll need the boards in place.
