Not quite where I think you were trying to direct me, I went looking into fellowships of the Atlantic Council, of which they have one named "Millenium Fellowship" connected to positions of power. I am still processing all the data, but I am already seeing a trend emerge with additional groups and by year with themes. I have seen Fulbright scholarships, Truman National Security Project, and CFR pop up. Another thing I saw was a 2019 White House NEC member with ties to the NSC, two seperate Obarna NSC members, USAID pops up with a few people, and a woman that served as Valeri Jarrets deputy something, need to refresh exact title as I am looking at roughly a hundred people with twenty per year from 2015. And we also have one with direct ties to Open Society Foundations. Also among the 2019 recipients was a two hop jump from NSC to Ukraine. Big thing to note is each of these fellowships are granted mid year. 2019 should have seated roughly around the time of the Ukraine Call. An older fellowship of note belongs to Pete Seat who served Dan Coats as his 2010 senate campaign communication director.

As it sits, it will take me some time to make the data presentable, but I have saved all information from the fellowship site. A thing to note, there is an additional group fielded by the UN called Millenium Fellows.

As I was looking for some information, I followed View's following to random accounts talking about disinformation and "how to identify it" in the style of journalists.

I hope this is a good start. Pic related, Advisory council, Partners, and Corporate partners are all six in number, a way I leaned to identify cult groups. I will put the processed data in IW II when it is ready.

Thank you for trying. I have a bug up my ass trying to identify as many as I can. Given how long the board has operated, I was thinking it may have been compiled at some point in the past. Looks like I get the dirty work on that topic as well.
