Sanofi has presence in Wuhan and is heavy into vaccines/immunology.

During the CF hearing last Friday, the two whistleblowers outlined that the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) had only ever gotten approval from the IRS to build a library, but instead had engaged in pharmaceutical industry brokering internationally.
As it turns out after a little digging, the CF and CHAI specifically, have been partnering with SANOFI via this organization called the DNDi (pics related).
