All you can do is try to do your best. You can never serve all men and make every man happy. The same goes for anons. The majority will be content with your efforts but there's always a critic. You can't let it affect you, neither ignore it. Some of your greatest lessons to learn or improvements to be made as a baker are because of the comments of your critics. Like most things in life, you will never be perfect. Your first 20 or 30 bakes will be nerve racking as fuck. But they will all be rewarding. No biggie if things get missed, anons will repost it nb, and the bread after, and even the bread after that.
