Anyone else going thru the COIN Manual dropped by Q? Would be great to discuss as it is relevant to The Plan and (((Their))) Plan.

As it is too long to post the whole thing. Maybe we could discuss it in parts or just bring up portions we find interesting. Well, not hearing anyone opposed ;) some obvious observations and maybe some not so.

It was created DURING the Bush administration. Not sure if Q mentioning Hussein is another one of Q’s disinfo non-sequiters designed to confuse or maybe that is exactly what Q wanted to point out, by way of reminder, that this is not just a fight against the policies of the Hussein admin but those of a deep state(and cabal) that sought/seek the furtherance of a long-term policy that would of necessity involve the use of COIN to prop up governments who face insurgencies due to the pressures of globalism(acknowleged in the preface), AND as very subtly stated, to work the other side of the COIN(yes my pun, very much intended) to work to change governments who don’t cooperate in the changes “needed” (and said changes as determined by who)? Another disturbing thing is this manual came out a year before the Arab Spring. I encourage everyone to see how many countries were involved. First come the NGO’s then come the rebels, then comes the doctor-prescribed changes, desired or not. An unrelated fun-fact: I read that the rebels in Libya looted $428 million and used it to buy weapons(from whom?) Hillary looked pretty jubilant when Qadaffi was killed. Arms deals. Banks to be looted. Etc.

So on the page I include, look where it says COIN will “normally” be used “in support of” a foreign govt. Versus when we use it in the converse to not support the government we are helping. Well enough to talk about here. Oh, forgot, this doc should remind us that it is not just the Hussein govt that was/is implementing this plan.

CORRECTION: It was ISIL who looted $429 million from bank(s) in MOSUL, IRAQ, allowing them to purchase a tons of weaponry for their invasion of SYRIA, some in the form of gold bullion.

Sorry, phonefagging all of this, cant save much on phone, but do anons remember a story that Special Forces had found some HRC emails? Makes one wonder if she or someone might have said, “Gosh, I hope ISIL doesn’t capture all that gold and money we parked in Mosul”, (wink, wink) knowing that someone would see her email/texts. And later, the Clinton Foundation gets a large donation. And remember when ISIL was able to capture US tanks and other armored vehicles from the Iraqi Army? What a lucky turn that was for ISIL just before they expanded into Syria!

Okay, spent the day going over the 2009 COIN publication. I may end up being called a contrarian but I have read the entire document and I think it was written regarding US or multinational COIN efforts to save governments deemed worthy, that respect the human rights of their citizens- governments that might also be failing to do that but which are still felt have a chance of a successful effort to save them.

Having said that, I think Q may not be saying, “Hey look, somebody posted a blueprint to enslave humanity by way of subversion and they signed their names at the bottom.” I think Q is using a portion of the report which defines “subversion” and is using it as a metaphor for those who would seek to subvert our society. I also found the section on INFORMATION (control) might be VERY RELEVANT to our current situation in our country, and the world though, namely the restrictions on the free speech of conservatives in an effort to control the “fight”. The banishing of persons from Twitter and Facebook are an obvious parallel to what is described as “limiting the intelligence available to (us) by counterintelligence, deception and where possible their (our) physical separation from the populace.” Another analogy is the media’s ability to reach the public first to give a “first impression or report of an event” which will be most resistant to alternative accounts”, however true they may be. (See related caps from document). My take on the COIN drop but am open to discussion.

Posting this here for kicks. Not saying it’s a decode but who knows? Thought it’s kind of cool that RED RED (lights on a ship at night) means STORM WARNING in nautical signals. See related
