No, that would be the 8kun admins and global mods.
BO and BVs can act on board-level Reports as we see them in the mod logs. If I were BO or BV of qresearch then I would set up a system to notify me (or the whole staff) when these reports happen so that they can be processed very quickly. It would still be annoying but the loli shills would not stand a chance.
Another problem is the excessive shitpost threads that block bakers from creating new threads. I would have to test some more to know for sure but it's hard to imagine that a BO/BV wouldn't be able to do something about that too.
But that is just idle talk at this point... we all know who is in charge of qr and what shortcomings that current situation has.
