so got new 'puter, damn but dey make u jump thru hoops "for security" - muh desktop was built, none of dat business. will take a while to get squared away, but got the process started.

whaddya think i'm still running muh original epson pc from 1983? (anticipated windows but w/only 128k of ram, was pretty dang slow). first one i ever worked on had no operating system and ram of 4k. not a typo. created something revolutionary: a computerized mailing list.
so 'old' one ain't that old. and still runs pretty fast. not as fast as dis laptop but fast enough.

won't be any hoops if dems create der one world fantasy - computers be under the skin and mandatory. but dat ain't habbening coz they crazy.
gotta go, nappening time. a coupla hundred gigs of files gettin transferred, hope there's room for apps....that'll be the fun part, getting on the pre-2010 apps so i don have to 'rent' em.
