Last month, Michigan constitutional attorney Matthew DePerno released his much anticipated Michigan Elections Forensics Report.
In the report, expert witness Dr. Douglas Frank concluded that in nine Michigan counties, including counties in the Detroit metro, over 66,000 ballots were recorded that are not associated with a registered voter from the October 2020 database.
In court filings, DePerno alleges his expert, Jeff Lenberg, conducted tests that "replicate the vote tally errors" seen in Antrim county.
Specifically, the court filings show DePerno's expert conducted a test by running ballots into the tabulator at the precinct/township level.
The suit alleges the "tally tape" shows that Joe Biden receiving more votes than ballots that were actually cast for him.
The court filings further allege in Antrim County, Michigan, 9 out of 16 precincts were flipped from the independent candidate Jo Jorgenson to Trump, then flipped again to Biden.
Frank also asserted that voter registration was either near or exceeded the population of those counties.
Dr. Frank concluded that an algorithm based on census and registration data shifted votes in Michigan.
The suit further alleges that because a manipulated vote count can be transferred to the election system, a "flip" in the count would never be caught by canvassers.
"There will be no reason to doubt the election results because the number of votes on the printed tape will match the numbers in the poll pad," the suit says.
DePerno asserts these error run counter to the "human error" narrative.
This occurred because the election system's security protocols can be easily and quickly bypassed, the suit claims.

Following revelations that corporate lobbyist and Biden family acolyte Frank Luntz rents a room to House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, The National Pulse can reveal the Chinese Communist Party ties to the luxury building both men call home.
The downtown D.C. residence – which The National Pulse is choosing not to name for security reasons – is owned and leased by Sotheby’s International Realty.
The company is an offshoot of the auction house Sotheby’s, whose largest shareholder is Taikang, a Chinese Communist Party-linked life insurance company “run by the grandson-in-law of Chairman Mao Zedong.” As The Wall Street Journal also notes, “most of the stakeholders are state-owned Chinese enterprises.”
Sotheby’s has also collaborated with the Chinese Communist Party on auction ventures.
In 2012, the company signed a 10-year joint-venture agreement to form Sotheby’s Beijing Auction Co. Ltd., the first international auction house in China, alongside the state-owned Beijing Gehua Cultural Development Group.
The company, which has received countless awards from the Chinese government, describes itself as having a “mainstream public opinion propaganda position in the capital” and being “a state-owned backbone cultural enterprise.” It has also collaborated with Beijing’s Party Committee Propaganda Department to help “boost the construction of socialist spiritual civilization” as well as designed floats to commemorate the Chinese Communist Party’s anniversary with themes including “building socialism in China.”
The same firm that leases to Luntz – and by extension McCarthy – has a comparable relationship to the Chinese Communist Party.
Since 2014, Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC has “conducted business in mainland China” under the auspices of Beijing Xin Rui Zeng Yi International Real Estate Brokerage. “Doing business in China is a key milestone for our brand,” said Philip White, president and chief executive officer, Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC.
These ties are concerning in light of China’s National Intelligence Law, which stipulates that “any organization or citizen shall support, assist and cooperate with the state intelligence work in accordance with the law, and keep the secrets of the national intelligence work known to the public.”

Virginia Teachers Unions Plan Power Grab, Critical Theory Curriculum After Public Sector Collective Bargaining Legalized
Public sector unions achieved a major victory in Virginia, and are wasting no time planning their next steps
Teachers unions are organizing a massive power grab and pushing for the use of radical left-wing curriculum in Virginia’s schools following the state’s legalization of public sector collective bargaining, a key piece of the left-wing agenda championed by Democrats since taking full control of the state’s government. Under the new rules, touted by unions as some of broadest in the country, public employees will have the ability to collectively bargain with their local governments, opening the door to hundreds of potential labor disputes statewide.
Long known for its enthusiastic support of right-to-work legislation, public sector collective bargaining has been banned outright in Virginia since 1977. Despite this, unions have managed to stick around, particularly in Northern Virginia’s D.C. suburbs and perhaps none more successfully than the Virginia Education Association (VEA), which appears to have spent the better part of the last year preparing for the May 1st change in bargaining laws.
Led by union President James Fedderman, the VEA has over 40,000 members across 130 local divisions and lobbied heavily for the legalization of public sector collective bargaining in the state. Under the new law, teachers and other public employee unions will have the ability to collectively bargain with local governments, though not the state, a piece of the law that even pro-Union observers say sets up the potential for hundreds of separate labor disputes and could force the state to step in, spelling an end to Virginia’s long-held status as a right-to-work state.
According to the VEA, collective bargaining will be the union’s top priority for the next two years, while the group remains focused on keeping teachers home from work due to alleged COVID-19 health risks.
“History beckons, and so VEA’s Organizing2Bargain campaign will be the Union’s top priority for the next two years,” reads a statement on the union’s website, while a COVID-19 “resource page” makes clear that the group “demands” teachers be given a stay-at-home employment option.
In addition to prolonging school shutdowns and alterations, the union says it will be advancing efforts to overhaul Virginia’s school curriculum to further increase the radical left’s hold on public education, and continue to support efforts by unionized teachers to push school districts farther left.
As previously reported by National File, in Northern Virginia’s Loudoun County, the local division of the Virginia Education Association has been at the forefront of a radical left-wing effort to embed Critical Race Theory and other anti-white, anti-American curriculum in to fabric of the school system – one of Virginia’s largest. In addition to pushing for the radical curriculum, unionized school teachers, left-wing parents, and even the county’s Soros-funded lead prosecutor are members of a Facebook group dedicated to doxxing and destroying district parents opposed to the left’s radical efforts. Some members of the group even suggested hiring hackers to obtain sensitive information on the parents and their children.
During the VEA’s annual convention, Fedderman reaffirmed the union’s support of the far-left in what the VEA calls a “fiery speech” to members, vowing to promote the Black Lives Matter agenda in schools and calling for the creation of a “tool-kit” to help teachers “protect” students from online “hate content.”
“We owe our students a rich and inclusive curriculum,” said Fedderman in advocating for a left-wing overhaul similar to that seen in Loudoun County.

WASHINGTON (AP) — A federal judge has ordered the release of a legal memorandum the Trump-era Justice Department prepared for then-Attorney General William Barr before he announced his conclusion that President Donald Trump had not obstructed justice during the Russia investigation.
The Justice Department had refused to give the March 24, 2019, memorandum to a government transparency group that requested it under the Freedom of Information Act, saying the document represented the private advice of lawyers and was produced before any formal decision had been made and was therefore exempt from disclosure under public records law.
But U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson said the Justice Department had obscured “the true purpose of the memorandum” when it withheld the document. She said the memo from the Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel contained “strategic, as opposed to legal advice” and that both the writers and the recipients already had a shared understanding as to what the prosecutorial decision would be. She said this meant it was not — as the department had maintained — “predecisional.”
“In other words, the review of the document reveals that the Attorney General was not then engaged in making a decision about whether the President should be charged with obstruction of justice; the fact that he would not be prosecuted was a given,” Jackson said in an order dated Monday.
The decision by Barr and senior Justice Department leaders to clear Trump of obstruction, even though special counsel Robert Mueller and his team pointedly did not reach that conclusion, was a significant moment for the president. The announcement, and a four-page summary of Mueller’s report, preceded the release of the 448-page document and helped shape public perception of the investigation’s conclusions. Mueller subsequently complained to Barr that his summary had not fully captured the investigation’s findings and had caused “public confusion.”

In an extraordinary turnabout, a George Soros-backed prosecutor in St. Louis was ordered Tuesday to face a professional disciplinary hearing over her conduct in pursuing now-withdrawn criminal charges against former Republican Missouri Gov. Eric Greitens.
The Missouri Office of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel found probable cause that St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner committed professional misconduct and should face a disciplinary hearing, according to records posted Tuesday evening by the Missouri Office of the Advisory Committee and Legal Ethics Counsel.
The proceeding now goes to a disciplinary hearing panel for decision on a possible penalty, which would then be imposed by the Missouri Supreme Court. Gardner will be able to defend herself at the hearing.
The order Tuesday, however, is the latest fallout from the decision by Gardner, a Democrat, to file criminal charges against Greitens, a Republican, in 2018 alleging that he used a cell phone picture of a girlfriend to make extortion threats.
Gardner was forced to withdraw the charges after admitting she did not have the evidence to substantiate them, leading to a dismissal of the case. But by that time, Greitens was forced to step down as governor in a bungled prosecution chronicled by a Just the News investigation last year.
Netanyahu fails to form coalition government in Israel
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has failed to form a coalition government before the scheduled midnight deadline. After a series of deadlocked elections, Netanyahu, a five-term incumbent, was given a mandate on April 6 by President Reuven Rivlin to try to piece together a coalition of smaller parties to comprise a ruling majority. The deadline of midnight on Wednesday came and passed without Netanyahu cobbling one together, leaving the prime minister's political future unclear. Rivlin said Beit HaNassi, or the "President's House," will "contact the parties in the Knesset regarding the process of forming a government" Wednesday morning.
Benny Gantz, who currently serves as alternate prime minister of Israel, released a video message calling on Naftali Bennett, a member of Israel's Knesset for the "New Right" party, to support an attempt to form a coalition led by Yair Lapid, leader of the opposition. "In a few hours, Netanyahu's mandate will expire. Naftali, I turn to you. … You must announce today that you are joining the government of change and support the granting of the mandate to MK Yair Lapid," Gantz said, according to a Google translation. Netanyahu also made an appeal to Bennett, asking him to "prove" that he's "still a right-winger," according to a Google translation.
The prime minister said he had offered a rotating prime ministership to Bennett, with the latter holding the post for the first year, but Bennett rejected that idea, according to the Associated Press. “I never asked Netanyahu to be prime minister. I asked to form a government," he said. "Unfortunately, he does not have that.” Netanyahu's prime ministership has been embroiled in scandal since he was indicted on corruption charges in January 2020. He pleaded not guilty to corruption charges that included bribery, fraud, and breach of trust in multiple cases. "Everyone already sees that the witch-hunt against me is crumbling, everyone understands that this is a transparent attempt to overthrow a strong prime minister from the Right," he said of the charges. If all options fail, the country will face another election this fall, the fifth in just over two years.

$1.2 M reward offered for proof COVID-19 virus exists
Many investigations and reports have been generated around the world concerning the disastrous COVID-19 or CCP (Chinese Communist Party) Virus; however, for some people and institutions, it has not been satisfactorily proven that it is the one that generates the deaths attributed to it.
After several initiatives that offered rewards to whoever managed to isolate the virus from someone supposedly contaminated with it, the group led by evangelist pastor and journalist Samuel Eckert breaks the record by offering the equivalent of $1.2 million on its website.
“1million € for scientific proof of the existence of a coronavirus, including documented control attempts of all steps taken in the proof,” the page announces.
It should be noted that it is not the existence of the virus in doubt, but instead that it is the cause of death of those infected with it.
The website adds: “The currently offered 1 million EUR will be completely covered by Team Samuel Eckert. Thank you very much for your commitment! Get in touch.”
He had already collected about $13,500, which will be returned to the contributors.
Eckert is one of many people who still doubt the veracity of the whole narrative surrounding the CCP virus and the strong push to vaccinate everyone on the planet.
He has also created channels on Telegram and other social networks, offering a forum for exchange for those who are like-minded. One of his Telegram accounts links 120,000 users.
Italian journalist Cesare Sacchetti, meanwhile, adds a bit more information about the requirements to be met by those aspiring to Eckert’s reward.
“German journalist Samuel Eckert is offering a reward of 1 million dollars for those who provide irrefutable proof of the existence of Covid-19,” he writes in one of his tweets.
He adds: “By proof, he means the isolation of the virus according to Koch’s postulates. To date, no one has been able to win Eckert’s challenge,” reiterating that the virus does not meet the classical requirements established since 1905.
Robert Koch was a German physician who won the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 1905 for his work on tuberculosis and established the postulates on the lethality of a virus, not its existence.
Many questions are surrounding the pandemic and the repeated contradictions of the WHO, and the difficulties in studying the origin of the virus in the virology laboratory of Wuhan, China, do not contribute anything to clear them up.
More and more questions arise, such as the one raised a few days ago by the lawsuit filed by the clinical scientist and immunologist-virologist of a Southern California laboratory, Dr. Derek Knauss, and his colleagues from 7 universities against the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for massive fraud.
After testing 1,500 samples from people who tested “positive” for the CCP Virus [COVID-19], these scientists found that ALL of the samples had evidence of Influenza A and Influenza B, something that had already been discovered in other cases, and none of COVID-19.
“When my lab team and I subjected the 1500 supposedly positive Covid-19 samples to Koch’s postulates and put them under an SEM (electron microscope), we found NO Covid in all 1500 samples. We found that all 1500 samples were primarily Influenza A and some Influenza B, but no cases of Covid,” said Knauss.

Biden’s Stimulus Springs Leaks as March Trade Deficit Explodes to Highest Level Ever
The direct stimulus payments that hit bank accounts across the U.S. in March increased incomes by a record amount—but much of it found its way into foreign coffers, pushing the trade deficit up to the highest level on record.
The U.S. international trade deficit rose to a record $74.4 billion in March with more imports on the books than exports, the Commerce Department said in a report Tuesday.
Exports of goods and services through international trade for the month rose 6.6 percent to $200 billion compared to imports of goods and services (up 6.3 percent to $274.5 billion), the report said.
The reasons so much of the stimulus leaked out of the U.S. economy are straightforward. U.S. production was expanding but still restrained by pandemic restrictions in March and low tariff barriers mean that increases in consumer spending typically translate into higher imports. It’s likely that other countries where domestic demand is depressed by the pandemic are off-loading goods and services to the U.S.
PNC Senior Economist Bill Adams says demand for foreign-made goods was aided by $1,400 stimulus payments given out last month for pandemic relief.
“Stimulus has kept American consumers spending through the pandemic, but restrictions on high-contact industries have diverted consumer spending from domestically-produced services to goods, much of which are imported,” Adams wrote in Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly. “As the pandemic comes under control in the United States, American consumers will spend less on imported goods, shrinking imports; and foreigners will buy more U.S. exports as their economies recover further.”
The record deficit — the difference between what the United States buys from overseas and what it sells to other nations — represents a 58 percent increase from the same period a year ago and marks the highest deficit since the data series began in January 1992.
In March, imports increased most ($4.5 billion) in consumer goods, including textile apparel, furniture, household goods, toys, games, sporting goods and cellphones.
The March deficit was up about $4 billion from February and occurred amid widening gaps with China ($36.9 billion) and Mexico ($8.4 billion). The deficit with the European Union decreased more than $2 billion.
The United States recorded a $681 billion deficit for all of 2020, the largest yearly gap since 2008, largely because the near-economic collapse around the world due to the pandemic and restrictions severely depressed demand for U.S. goods and services.

"All disciplinary hearing panel cases are filed with the Supreme Court of Missouri unless they are dismissed at the disciplinary hearing panel level or if the disciplinary hearing panel administers a written admonition that is accepted by the Chief Disciplinary Counsel and the Respondent," according to the state's rules.
Discipline can range from admonishment to the revocation of Gardner's law license. The order was based on a complaint filed by Greitens' attorneys more than a year ago. Greitens recently announced he is planning a political comeback, running for the open Senate seat in Missouri. The supporting findings and complaint of the disciplinary counsel against Gardner were not immediately made public, and Just the News filed a request Tuesday evening with the disciplinary office to release those records. The order Tuesday is the latest fallout from the decision by Gardner, a Democrat, to file criminal charges against Greitens, a Republican, in 2018 alleging that he used a cell phone picture of a girlfriend to make extortion threats.
Gardner was forced to withdraw the charges after admitting she did not have the evidence to substantiate them, leading to a dismissal of the case. But by that time, Greitens had been forced to step down, as chronicled by a Just the News investigation last year. Gardner was among the first local prosecutors to be funded heavily by liberal megadonor George Soros' Missouri Justice & Public Safety PAC, becoming St. Louis' first black chief prosecutor in 2016. Soon, she would be mired in controversy over her confrontations with police over reform, her failed prosecution of Greitens and her recent efforts to charge a St. Louis couple with gun brandishing during last summer's protests. She easily won reelection last year, but her legal troubles have are far from over. Her former chief investigator in the Greitens case, a former FBI agent named William Tisaby, has been indicted on seven felonies for misconduct in the prosecution and is awaiting trial. And Gardner herself is being investigated by a special prosecutor for her handling of the Greitens case.

He made a number of speaking tours in the USA in the 1950s, and in 1960 moved his base of operations to California. The documents in this file range from 1933 to 1947, but primarily fall either in 1933 or between 1945 and 1947. In 1933, the FBI investigated an assassination threat made against Hitler. In the aftermath of Germany’s surrender in 1945, western Allied forces suspected that Hitler had committed suicide but did not immediately find evidence of his death. At the time, it was feared that Hitler may have escaped in the closing days of the war, and searches were made to determine if he was still alive. FBI Files indicate that the Bureau investigated some of the rumors of Hitler’s survival.

Field became a specialist on Asia and was a prime staff member and supporter of the Institute of Pacific Relations. He also supported Henry Wallace’s Progressive Party and so many openly Communist organizations that he was accused of being a member of the Communist Party. He was a top target of the American government during the peak of 1950s McCarthyism. Asian American Political Alliance
– The Asian American Political Alliance (AAPA) was a political organization started at University of California, Berkeley in 1968 that aimed to unite all Asian Americans under one identity to push for political and social action. The two main chapters were at UC Berkeley, and San Francisco State College, both of which became heavily involved in the larger Asian American movement throughout the 1960s, including at the Third World Liberation Front strikes at SF State and at UC Berkeley. The AAPA identified as an anti-imperialistic, Third World political organization that fought for self-determination and liberation for Asian Americans. They expressed solidarity and support for other people of color throughout the US and throughout the world, particularly in colonized or recently decolonized countries. The AAPA’s participation in the Third World Liberation Front strikes at SF State and UC Berkeley resulted in the creation of a School of Ethnic Studies at SF State and an Ethnic Studies department at UC Berkeley. The AAPA was also involved in movements such as the Black Power Movement and the anti-Vietnam War movement. Although both main chapters were short-lived and disbanded in 1969, the AAPA played a large role in the Asian American movement and was influential in encouraging other Asian Americans to get involved in political action. This release covers the FBI investigation of the group and its leaders from 1969 through 1972. The FBI was especially interested in the contact the group or its members had with Chinese communists abroad.

Saul David Alinsky (January 30, 1909 – June 12, 1972) was an American community organizer and writer. He is generally considered to be the founder of modern community organizing. He is often noted for his 1971 book Rules for Radicals. In the course of nearly four decades of political organizing, Alinsky received much criticism, but also gained praise from many public figures. His organizing skills were focused on improving the living conditions of poor communities across North America. In the 1950s, he began turning his attention to improving conditions in the African-American ghettos, beginning with Chicago’s and later traveling to other ghettos in California, Michigan, New York City, and a dozen other “trouble spots”. His ideas were adapted in the 1960s by some U.S. college students and other young counterculture-era organizers, who used them as part of their strategies for organizing on campus and beyond. Time magazine wrote in 1970 that “It is not too much to argue that American democracy is being altered by Alinsky’s ideas.” Conservative author William F. Buckley, Jr. said in 1966 that Alinsky was “very close to being an organizational genius”.
