Problems with .js script hiding posts by remote ID filtering.

I have been using a .js script to help sort and navigate breads, last few weeks I realised that while I cleared all my local filters some posts were missing.

An easy example is post number 219 by 8bit in 8bit bread..

checked and double checked that the script I was using retrieved an external filter list and CENSORED posts.

Anybody using .js scripts should beware.

Why not stage a revolt? The evidence is becoming very clear as to what’s going on there. Present the evidence to CodeMonkey and get all bv’s and FatFuckJack removed . Hand back control to 8bit ... bring back some semblance of sanity and move on from there ?

The downside will be a massive flood of spammers/bots ... which has a potential solution too. Bots require updating by humans to counter changes ... keep constant random small changes to posting rules ... that will require constant code updates to bots ... just off the top of my head.

You raise an interesting point of observation. The logs will show hours awake and “working” if there is no obvious pattern to sleep/wake then it’s safe to assume we are dealing with an organization versus a few individuals?
