The Polish Armed Forces also referred to the "tactical-special exercise renegade/Sarex-21" aimed at countering terrorist threats from the air, as well as conducting search and rescue operation on land and at sea.
This began on May 17 and is running until tomorrow (May 21).
The Polish Armed Forces wrote on its website: "During the exercise, four episodes will be conducted. The first will concern the abduction of a civilian aircraft as a possible means of terrorist attack posing a threat to national security.
"The second episode will be massevac in connection with the collision of two ships with injured people on burning and sinking units.
"The scenario involves carrying out a rescue operation, rescuing military property and transporting the victims to medical facilities.
"The next two episodes will be related to the conduct of search and rescue operations after air events (application crash of aircraft in hard-to-reach areas)."
The air force explained the training drill is being in airspace over Poland and in areas of the West Pomeranian, Pomeranian and Mazovian provinces.
This involves several military teams, as well as a host of emergency service operations.
The Polish Air Force added: "The main objective of the exercise is to test the capabilities of the Polish Armed Forces and the non-military system, as part of the state security system, to deal with crises specific to the air defence and air and sea rescue systems.

7 rural counties in Oregon that voted for Trump have voted to secede from the blue state and join Idaho
The seven counties that have voted in favor of the proposal - Lake, Grant, Baker, Malheur, Union, and Jefferson - overwhelmingly voted for President Donald Trump in the 2020 election.
Joe Biden won Oregon with 57% of the vote, largely driven by more heavily populated counties near Portland, Eugene, and Bend. Meanwhile, neighboring Idaho was decisive victory for Trump, who won 64% of votes in the state.
Greater Idaho's goal would involve about three-quarters of Oregon's land area to become part of Idaho. It calls the situation a win-win for everyone in the state, saying the more urban northwest portion of the state "would be free of 'low-income, Trump-voting counties.'"
"Idaho respects traditional morality and justice, and it doesn't get in the way of rural livelihoods. It has lower tax rate and a lower cost of living," the group says. "We need to unite our neighbors around the idea of moving the border so that we can convince state legislators to stop holding our counties captive in a blue state."
In a statement Wednesday, a spokesperson for Greater Idaho told OPB the latest vote "proves that rural Oregon wants out of Oregon."
"If we're allowed to vote for which government officials we want, we should be allowed to vote for which government we want as well," he said.

WASHINGTON – Senator Bob Menendez (D-N.J.), Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee issued the following statement after Congress received a mandatory report from the State Department regarding entities involved in sanctionable activity by the builders of the Nord Stream 2 pipeline. Citing U.S. national security interests, the Biden Administration announced it would waive mandatory sanctions on the company Nord Stream 2 AG and its CEO Matthias Warnig.
“I am opposed to the decision by the Biden Administration to waive sanctions on NS2 AG and Matthias Warnig. I urge the administration to rip off the Band-Aid, lift these waivers and move forward with the congressionally mandated sanctions. The administration has said that the pipeline is a bad idea and that it is a Russian malign influence project. The candidate in question is one of the Republicans running for Ohio’s 15th district (which is +9 Republican).

Brian Stewart is an alleged Republican state Rep, running to be an alleged Republican US Congressman. In his announcement, he talks a little bit of a good game: “Th(e)se challenges – whether from the extreme left, or an adversarial nation – must be dealt with aggressively and with conviction.”
As he notes however, Stewart launched the environmental group Ohio Conservative Energy Forum, which is backed by leftist donors including Soros and former Democrat presidential candidate Tom Steyer. All mention of Stewart was scrubbed from their website in 2019.
Soros money is behind…just about everything Leftist. His Tides Foundation kicked in coin to the Network. And Steyer’s TomKat Charitable Trust/Foundation – kicked in $3 million.
Oh: And President Joe Biden’s ridiculous “Climate Czar” Gina McCarthy? She of the radical policy prescriptions and fake email accounts?
She served on the Board of the same Leftist group alleged Republican Stewart had been proudly leading.
The group also takes money from the leftist Rockefeller Brothers Fund, the Turner Foundation, the McKnight Foundation and the Argosy Foundation.
The conservative-named organization has long been described as a Trojan horse due to the army of leftist backers behind it. The group produces polls claiming the prove the majority of conservatives back a cavalcade of left-wing environmental policies, presumably in an attempt to further a bogus narrative that such policies are bipartisan. It’s the same kind of propaganda strategy you see employed over at MSNBC or CNN, who employ “Republicans” whose views align with 5% of actual Republicans.
As the Washington Examiner’s Kevin Rooney wrote back in 2019:

Hayden Ludwig, an investigator with the Capital Research Center, has some insight. He sees an effort from environmentalists to burrow in with pliable Republicans who seek cover on questions of climate change.
“These groups want to pretend to be bipartisan, but their funding pretty much comes from all left-wing groups,” he said in an interview. “In some cases, a group may have a Republican figurehead in a prominent position, but when you look at the rest of their staff and their funding it’s pretty much all left-of-center.”
It’s no secret that Soros has long funded hundreds of leftist organizations. It looks like we need to keep tabs on who he’s funding on the “right” as well.

The Media only points out racism when it directly effects them
The Chicago Tribune canceled an interview with Mayor Lori Lightfoot on Wednesday in protest at her decision to exclude white reporters from one-on-one interviews on the occasion of her second anniversary in office, reporter Gregory Pratt noted.
Pratt, who is Latino, noted that he had been granted an interview under Lightfoot’s racially exclusionary policy, which was revealed Tuesday, but had used that opportunity to ask her to end that policy. When she refused, the Tribune canceled the interview.
Lightfoot attempted to defend her policy on Wednesday in a letter to news outlets, attacking “systemic racism” in the media.
When she took the oath of office in 2019, Lightfoot swore to “support the Constitution of the United States, and the Constitution of the State of Illinois.” The 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution has been interpreted to imply that racial discrimination is prohibited; the Illinois Constitution bars racial discrimination in employment and housing, and also condemns “communications that … incite violence, hatred, abuse or hostility toward, a person or group of persons by reason of or by reference to” race.
Other journalists have been happy to endorse the mayor’s policy, notably Lynn Sweet of the Chicago Sun-Times, a favorite of the Obama administration, who told CNN that she was “not troubled” by Lightfoot’s exclusion of white journalists.
Other journalists noted that Lightfoot had declined interviews with journalists “of color” who had seemed to be critical of her.
