America's Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) today filed a motion in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama requesting a temporary restraining order against the emergency use authorization (EUA) permitting using the COVID-19 vaccines in children under the age of 16, and that no further expansion of the EUAs to children under the age of 16 be granted prior to the resolution of these issues at trial.

The case will challenge the EUAs for the injections on several counts, based on the law and scientific evidence that

• the EUAs should never have been granted,

• the EUAs should be revoked immediately,

• the injections are dangerous biological agents that have the potential to cause substantially greater harm than the COVID-19 disease itself, and that

• numerous laws have been broken in the process of granting these EUAs and foisting these injections on the American people.

AFLDS Founder Dr. Simone Gold spoke about the reasons for filing the motion: "We doctors are pro-vaccine, but this is not a vaccine," she said. "This is an experimental biological agent whose harms are well-documented (although suppressed and censored) and growing rapidly, and we will not support using America’s children as guinea pigs."

She continued: "We insist that the EUA not be relinquished prematurely; certainly not before trials are complete - October 31, 2022 for Moderna and April 27, 2023 for Pfizer. We are shocked at the mere discussion of this, and will not be silent while Americans are used as guinea pigs for a virus with survivability of 99.8% globally and 99.97% under age 70.

"Under age 20 it is 99.997% - 'statistical zero'.

"There are 104 children age 0-17 who died from COVID-19 and 287 from COVID + Influenza - out of ~72 million. This equals zero risk. And we doctors won’t stand for children being offered something they do not need and of whom some unknown percentage will suffer."

AFLDS Pediatric Director Dr. Angie Farella explained: "My greatest concerns with the vaccination of children under the age of 18 is the fact that there is no prior study of these individuals before December of 2020."

She went on to say: "Children were not included in the trials, and the adult trials do not have any long-term safety data currently available."

AFLDS Legal Director Ali Shultz commented on AFLDS' filing: “Not many people could have taken this on. Dr. Simone Gold is a doctor, and a lawyer, and a fierce warrior who will stop at nothing to protect humanity.

"She has a certain finesse in developing the right team to see this medical/legal mission through.”

Charlotte, N.C. – More than 150 missing and/or runaway children were located in North Carolina, officials say.

During Wednesday’s weekly press conference, the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department joined with several of its partners to share the success of Operation Carolina Homecoming, which was a collaborative effort focused on the recovery of missing and runaway juveniles in the Charlotte area where previous efforts to locate them had been unsuccessful.

Prior to the start of the operation, work by Detectives and Marshals resulted in the recovery of more than 130 missing and runaway juveniles. Following this preliminary effort, Detectives and Marshals launched the intensive recovery efforts of Operation Carolina Homecoming. Between April 26 and May 7, 2021, two-person teams consisting of CMPD’s Missing Person Unit detectives, United States Marshal Service deputies and the Department of Public Safety Missing Persons Unit conducted extensive searches and located 27 more missing juveniles.

Police said “several of the juveniles were discovered to have been engaged in high-risk activities such as prostitution and narcotics activity, and a few of them were victims of human trafficking.” To provide them with resources for recovery, the CMPD leveraged partnerships with Atrium Health Levine Children’s, Pat’s Place Child Advocacy Center, the North Carolina ISAAC Fusion Center and Mecklenburg County Child Protective Services.

“Kids don’t need to be living alone in hotels, kids don’t need to be living alone with an older partner,” CMPD Captain Joel McNelly said. “Kids who are actively taking measures to avoid being recovered. They’re self-sustaining, they’re trying to make money, support themselves.”

“These kids were engaged in high-risk activities,” McNelly said. “Not to sugar coat anything but narcotics activities, human trafficking, prostitution.”

Dr. Stacy Reynolds with Atrium Health Levine Children’s Hospital told WCNC. “Even if a kid goes out there with good intentions that they’re going to stay on the straight and narrow, it doesn’t take very long to get cold and hungry and succumb to the pressure of somebody who knows just how to time their effort into manipulate you into activity you maybe otherwise wouldn’t have wanted to be apart of.”

This guy is pretty establishment - doesn't question the motivation of those initially recommending the temporary lockdown.

So what happened subsequently (after the temporary lockdown became more or less permanent)?

Atlas said the goal shifted from stopping hospitals from being overcrowded to stopping cases. A "frenzy" took over, he says.

Blames the media - but doesn't really go down the rabbit hole very deeply.

Even so, he does a good job detailing the terrible effects of the lockdowns - on poverty, health, families, the elderly and children - which he says we will feel for decades.

But he does talk about the venom directed against him simply for answering POTUS' call to serve.....

US ends use of 2 immigration jails accused of mistreatment

The Biden administration announced Thursday that it will be shutting down a migrant facility in Georgia and another in Massachusetts. Both have received reported complaints of inhumane treatment, including forced medical procedures.

Now, the Department of Homeland Security will terminate its previous contract with Irwin County detention center and the North Dartmouth detention center. DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas said that this move will lead to “lasting improvements.”

“Allow me to state one foundational principle,” Mayorkas said. “We will not tolerate the mistreatment of individuals in civil immigration detention or substandard conditions of detention.”
