Notice of Liability – Schools Canada

School officials, staff and volunteers, are not medical professionals and, therefore, they are unlawfully practising medicine by prescribing, recommending, and using coercion to insist that school children take this experimental medical treatment.

Students are at nearly zero % risk of contracting or transmitting this respiratory illness and are instead buffers which help others build their immune system. The overall survival rate is 99.997%.

There are a rising number of reports wherein healthy youth in the USA were given the COVID shot, and died: Doctor’s testimony

Researchers stopped the covid-19 “vaccine” testing on animals because they were dying, then proceeded to release it onto the global populace for continued trials. The only reason these shots are available is under the cover of the Emergency Measures, otherwise they would have never been authorized. The entire population, including children, have, unknowingly, become test subjects. This has resulted in extremely harmful reactions, including death.

Biggest Navy Exercise in a Generation Will Include 25,000 Personnel Across17Time Zones

Tens of thousands of sailors and Marines will participate in the biggest U.S. naval exercise in a generation to test how the services will fight across vast distances as they prepare for possible conflict with China or Russia.

Aircraft carriers, submarines, planes, unmanned vessels, and about 25,000 personnel will participate in Large Scale Exercise 2021, which will begin in late summer. The massive exercise will span 17 time zones with sailors and Marines in the U.S., Africa, Europe and the Pacific joining.

Live forces will participate in both the Atlantic and Pacific oceans.

"LSE is more than just training, it is leveraging the integrated fighting power of multiple naval forces to share sensors, weapons, and platforms across all domains in contested environments, globally," said Adm. Christopher Grady, commander of U.S. Fleet Forces, told Military.com in an email.

The exercise, he added, will be the first in a series "that will continue to push the envelope of what it means to be the superior maritime force."

The Navy and Marine Corps are working more closely after decades of missions focused on the Middle East. As competition for influence builds with China and Russia, the Department of the Navy is shifting its focus from a largely land-based fight against terror groups to deterring aggression.

Three dozen units will participate in physical portions of the large-scale exercise, while more than 50 will join the exercise remotely, said Lt. Cmdr. Tabitha Klingensmith, with U.S. Fleet Forces Command. Participating units will include personnel from all three Marine expeditionary forces and sailors from the Navy's Second, Third, Sixth, Seventh and Tenth fleets.

While the U.S. has held big naval exercises like Bold Alligator and Rim of the Pacific, Klingensmith said the training events are growing in scope and complexity. Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Mike Gilday has referred to the upcoming large-scale exercise as the biggest naval training event in a generation.

That's because combining live and virtual participants "will expand the playing field beyond what has ever been achieved in live-only exercises," Klingensmith said.

Paul Ryan Will Headline Fundraiser for Adam Kinzinger

Former House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) will headline a fundraiser for Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL), one of the House Republicans’ loudest anti-Trump critics, according to a report.

Politico obtained a copy of the fundraiser invitation, which reads that tickets range from $250 to $11,600 per person. The event is scheduled to occur Monday, May 24th. Kinzinger was one of ten House GOP members to vote in favor of Trump’s second impeachment.

Ryan, who departed from Congress in 2018, and is now a board member of Fox Corp, has been critical of former President Donald Trump and is reportedly seeking to place a more active roll in shaping the Republican Party’s future.

In an April interview with AP, Ryan predicted that the still-popular Trump “is going to fade” as Republicans increase their focus on winning the 2022 midterms and the 2024 presidential election. “I think circumstances, ideas, and new candidates are going to… overshadow that whole conversation,” the former House speaker told the news outlet.

“The Biden administration has moved far left and that, I think, is going to help us win Congress back,” he added. “It’s going to take us a few years to sort out who are we, what do we believe? My … hope is that we rally around a set of principles and ideas and policies, not a specific person.”

Since leaving Congress, Ryan told American Carnage author Tim Alberta that he wanted to “scold [the president] all the time” because he “didn’t know anything about government.”

More on New Hampshire!

Thank you to all Patriots who monitored the Windham Recount livestream.

The Auditors finished the hand recount a couple hours ago.

What does this mean? Well, we don’t know everything yet, but the final results may impact the whole state.

The four machines in Windham are AccuVote optical scanning systems, manufactured by Global Elections Systems Inc. Global Elections Systems Inc was acquired by Dominion in 2010; Dominion owns the intellectual property of the AccuVote machines and management systems.

Any problems found in the machines/the counting could have implications for the 2020 election results statewide, including the Presidential Contest, in which Biden “defeated” Trump by 52..9%-45.5% in the official tally.

As was reported, the hand recount numbers closely matched the recount done November 12th by the Secretary of State's Office, which confirms the Windham machines are unreliable.

The deadline completion date of the NH audit is May 27, 2021.

Texas Judge Finds Biden Admin Engaged In Racial, Gender Discrimination In Pandemic Relief Program

The Biden Administration has emphasized racial and gender prioritization in a variety of programs from vaccinations to pandemic relief. One such program doled out billions to restaurants based on racial and gender priorities that were challenged in various lawsuits. A Texas judge has now blocked that effort as unconstitutional discrimination and enjoined the Administration from giving such preferential treatment based on racial and gender classifications.

Under the Restaurant Revitalization Fund, the Administration announced that it would give priority to businesses owned by women, racial minorities, veterans, and other “socially and economically disadvantaged.” Philip Greer a white restaurant owner, sued over race and gender discrimination. In a 18-page decision, U.S. District Judge Reed O’Connor found that Greer is “experiencing race and sex discrimination at the hand of government officials” in the Biden Administration. Greer owns the Greer’s Ranch Café, and claims to have lost nearly $100,000 in revenue during the coronavirus pandemic.

The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (“ARPA”) is administered by the Small Business Administration (“SBA”) but Greer told the court that he did not submit an application because he was barred from consideration for the program’s first twenty-one days from May 3 to May 24, 2021. ARPA mandates that the SBA “take such steps as necessary” to prioritize eligible restaurants “owned and controlled” by “women,”3 by “veterans,”4 and by those “socially and economically disadvantaged.”

Notably, both parties agreed that strict scrutiny applied, but the Biden Administration insisted that such race and gender classification were needed to “remedy[] the effects of past and present discrimination”. Nevertheless, the court found that the Administration was engaging in racial and gender discrimination. Judge O’Connor held:

This evidence largely falters for the same reasoning outlined above—it lacks the industry specific inquiry needed to support a compelling interest for a government-imposed racial classification. While the Court is mindful of these statistical disparities and expert conclusions based on those disparities, “[d]efining these sorts of injuries as ‘identified discrimination’ would give . . . governments license to create a patchwork of racial preferences based on statistical generalizations about any particular field of endeavor.” Croson, 488 U.S. at 499; see also Adarand, 515 U.S. 200 (extending Croson’s holding to the federal government). “Racial classifications are suspect, and that means that simple legislative assurances of good intention cannot suffice.” Id. at 500.

Thus, the Court concludes that the government has failed to prove that it likely has a compelling interest in “remedying the effects of past and present discrimination” in the restaurant industry during the COVID-19 pandemic. For the same reason, the Court finds that Defendants have failed to show an “important governmental objective” or “exceedingly persuasive justification”9 necessary to support a sex-based classification.

Notably, the Congress and the Biden Administration also used such gender and racial classifications in other aid programs like the aid given to black but not white farmers.

The court issued the injunction because it found that “The evidence submitted by plaintiffs indicates that the entire $28.6 billion in the Restaurant Revitalization Fund may be depleted before plaintiffs’ application can be considered for relief under the program.”

New Hampshire Audit Confirms Voting Machines Results Unreliable

Although the audit in Arizona has garnered much attention, thousands of miles away in the small town of Windham, N.H., another investigation into the 2020 election is underway.

On Election Night, Republicans swept all four of Windham’s state representative seats. One Democrat, Kristi St. Laurent, fell short by just 24 votes and requested a recount.

But during the recount, the margin between St. Laurent and the Republican candidates changed significantly. The vote totals for all of the Republican candidates in the race increased by about 300, while St. Laurent’s vote count decreased by nearly 100.

While the outcome of the race didn’t change — the four Republican victories from Election Day were upheld at the recount — the change in vote totals raised serious questions for many from both parties.

Nicole Bottai, Windham’s town clerk, said she was bewildered by the wildly wrong numbers. “It is strange,” she said.

Earlier this month, an audit began as group of overseers and volunteers got to work at Edward Cross Training Center in Pembroke, a New Hampshire National Guard facility chosen for its secure environment,

The team’s job is to determine why Democrats were credited with more votes in an early machine-tallied vote than they received in a later hand recount, while Republicans were shortchanged.

https://patch.com/new-hampshire/windham/hundreds-votes-shift-windham-recount-reasons-unknown

WINDHAM, NH — Unusual vote count anomalies have been discovered during the recount of a state representative race in Windham that shorted votes to four Republican and three Democrat candidates while a fourth Democrat candidate received votes they did not actually earn — and officials cannot explain the discrepancies of the vote counts.

After more than 10,000 residents in Windham voted Nov. 3, four Republican candidates for state representative appeared to win all four Rockingham District 7 seats to represent the town in Concord during the next two years. The top three finishers — incumbent state Reps. Mary Griffin and Charles McMahon as well as a new candidate, Bob Lynn, all won their seats easily by wide margins. However, the fourth-place finisher, Julius Soti, bested fifth-place finisher Kristi St. Laurent, a Democrat, by just 24 votes.

St. Laurent, like 16 other candidates this year, requested a recount of the ballots to see if there were mistakes, anomalies, or other issues that might help make up ground and win the seat. However, when the recount was completed, state officials and witnesses from both political parties found several huge mistakes with the machine count — and no one can explain why the counts were so far off.

South Carolina governor signs open carry bill into law

The law also turns South Carolina into a Second Amendment sanctuary state.

South Carolina Republican Gov. Henry McMaster has signed a bill into law allowing residents with concealed weapon permits to openly and visibly carry firearms in public.

The "Open Carry with Training Act" that McMaster signed Monday also makes South Carolina a "Second Amendment Sanctuary State" and will go into effect in 90 days.

"I will proudly support any legislation that protects or enhances a South Carolinian’s ability to exercise their 2nd Amendment rights, and that’s exactly what this bill does," McMaster tweeted after signing the law.

The law also waives the $50 fee to obtain a concealed carry permit. The law requires those seeking a concealed carry permit to be over 21, take over eight hours of training and pass background checks and fingerprinting, according to Go Upstate.

Donald J. Trump

6:17pm May 21, 2021

Many people have asked about the beautiful Boeing 757 that became so iconic during the Trump rallies. It was effectively kept in storage in Upstate New York in that I was not allowed to use it during my presidency. It is now being fully restored and updated and will be put back into service sometime prior to the end of the year. It will soon be brought to a Louisiana service facility for the completion of work, inspection and updating of Rolls-Royce engines, and a brand new paint job. When completed, it will be better than ever, and again used at upcoming rallies!
