@RealGenFlynn

More on our 3 NOV Election. Read below...

__

"I am a pollster and I find this election to be deeply puzzling."

(FLYNN: I find it fraudulent and corrupt)

  1. "President Trump received more votes than any previous incumbent seeking reelection. He got 11 million more votes than in 2016, the third largest rise in support ever for an incumbent."

  1. "Trump’s vote increased so much because, according to exit polls, he performed far better with many key demographic groups. Ninety-five percent of Republicans voted for him."

  1. "He earned the highest share of all minority votes for a Republican since 1960. Trump grew his support among black voters by 50 percent over 2016... Joe Biden’s black support fell well below 90 percent, the level below which Democratic presidential candidates usually lose."

  1. "Trump increased his share of the national Hispanic vote to 35 percent. With 60 percent or less of the national Hispanic vote, it is arithmetically impossible for a Democratic presidential candidate to win Florida, Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico."

  1. "Bellwether states swung further in Trump’s direction than in 2016. Florida, Ohio and Iowa each defied America’s media polls with huge wins for Trump. Since 1852, only Richard Nixon has lost the electoral college after winning this trio"...

  1. "Midwestern states Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin always swing in the same direction as Ohio and Iowa, their regional peers. Ohio likewise swings with Florida. Current tallies show that, outside of a few cities, the Rust Belt swung in Trump’s direction."

  1. "Yet, Biden leads in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin because of an apparent avalanche of black votes in Detroit, Philadelphia, and Milwaukee. Biden’s ‘winning’ margin was derived almost entirely from such voters in these cities"...

  1. "... as coincidentally his black vote spiked only in exactly the locations necessary to secure victory. He did not receive comparable levels of support among comparable demographic groups in comparable states, which is highly unusual for the presidential victor."

  1. "We are told that Biden won more votes nationally than any presidential candidate in history. But he won a record low of 17 percent of counties; he only won 524 counties, as opposed to the 873 counties Obama won in 2008. Yet, Biden somehow outdid Obama in total votes."

  1. "Victorious presidential candidates, especially challengers, usually have down-ballot coattails; Biden did not. The Republicans held the Senate and enjoyed a ‘red wave’ in the House, where they gained a large number of seats while winning all 27 toss-up contests."

  1. "Trump’s party did not lose a single state legislature and actually made gains at the state level."

  1. "Another anomaly is found in the comparison between the polls and non-polling metrics. The latter include: party registrations trends; candidates’ respective primary votes; candidate enthusiasm; social media followings; broadcast and digital media ratings; online searches".

ExxonMobil dealt a defeat as activist hedge fund's nominees win board seats

ExxonMobil announced on Wednesday that preliminary vote estimates indicate that shareholders have elected two Engine No. 1 nominees to sit on the oil giant's board of directors, a result that represents a defeat for Exxon.

While the Engine No. 1 hedge fund controls far less than one percent of Exxon's stock, it is pushing for changes and argues that the business "has no credible strategy to create value in a decarbonizing world."

An Exxon letter earlier this year pressed shareholders not to vote for Engine No. 1's nominees: "We disagree with their approach, and urge you to reject the four board candidates they’ve nominated to carry out their value-destructive agenda," Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Darren Woods and lead director Kenneth Frazier noted in the letter.

Venezuela’s Maduro receives harsh economic blow from an unlikely source: China

A recently approved Chinese tax might translate into a severe economic blow to the Nicolás Maduro regime by almost doubling the importing cost of the oil that Venezuela sells in violation of the U.S. sanctions, analysts said.

The Chinese government is set to start collecting the $30 to $40 per barrel tax on June 12, in a step announced as an environmental measure that penalizes the imports on the part of private refineries of the dirty and extra heavy so-called bitumen mix, sold mostly by Iran, Canada and Venezuela.

China for years has been a major creditor to the Venezuelan regime, providing in the last few years more than $54 billion in loans, of which the South American country still owes more than a third.

But immersed in the worst economic crisis in its history and isolated by economic sanctions from the United States and other countries, the regime has failed to fulfill its commitments.

“Venezuela has not been a good ally, while the Chinese have been. Venezuela has not been paying China the enormous debt they have with them, nor have they even tried to get to some point where they can begin to service the debt,” said Russ Dallen, president of the investment firm Caracas Capital.

Dr. Marty Makary, appeared for an interview on “The Vince Coglianese Show” Tuesday to talk about immunity from the coronavirus. As a professor at Johns Hopkins Medical school, Makary said the total disregard for natural immunity is “one of the biggest failures of our current medical leadership.”

Many representatives in the House, along with three senators, have refused the vaccine, because they’re immune since they’ve already been infected. They faced criticism over their decision. Makary stood up for these lawmakers, saying they’re being “reasonable.”

“Natural immunity works,” he said. Not only does it work, but the doctor also added “It’s probably lifelong immunity.” A study in Denmark showed that 6/10ths of 1% got reinfected after already having the virus.

“Please, ignore the CDC guidance,” Makary said. “Live a normal life, unless you are unvaccinated and did not have the infection, in which case you need to be careful.” After all, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention has become a “slow, reactionary, political” organization.

Operation Deja Vu: Cuyahoga County authorities announce 31 arrests in child sex crime investigation

The operation was conducted from May 19-22, which resulted in suspects from five different counties ranging in age from 20 to 80.

CLEVELAND — Authorities announced details Wednesday of "Operation Deja Vu," which resulted in 31 arrests from May 19-22 with suspects ranging in age from 20 to 80.

Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael C. O'Malley says the suspects came from five different counties "in an attempt to engage in sexual activities with minors."

David Frattare, Ohio ICAC Task Force Commander, says the suspects were involved in sexually explicit online conversations with people they believed were under the age of 16.

"These individuals initiated these conversations through a number of popular social media applications that children are known to use," Frattare said during a press conference Wednesday. "They then expressed an interest in engaging in sexually explicit activity with these children, a number of whom then sent or disseminated images of their genitals to what they believed were these minor children.”

Authorities also shared multiple videos from the operation in which suspects were arrested, which you can watch in the video at the bottom of this story.

The charges from "Operation Deja Vu" were listed as follows:

31 suspects charged with attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, importuning and possessing criminal tools.

4 suspects charged with compelling prostitution.

2 suspects charged with disseminating matter harmful to juveniles.

1 suspect charged with carrying a concealed weapon.

1 suspect charged with failure to comply.

These charges will be presented to a Cuyahoga County Grand Jury.

Newly Released OLC Memo Shows Staff Lawyers Found No Basis For Obstruction Charges In Mueller Report

The long-awaited, though partial, release of a memorandum from the Justice Department this week left many “frustrated,” as predicted by the Washington Post, in Washington. The reason is what it did not contain. Critics had sought the memo as the “smoking gun” to show how former Attorney General Bill Barr scuttled any obstruction charges against Donald Trump. Instead, the memo showed the opposite. The staff of the OLC actually found that the allegations did not meet the standard of obstruction even without any defenses or privileges related to Trump’s office.

The issue of obstruction of justice ran throughout Barr’s second term as Attorney General. Before his confirmation hearing, a memo was released that Barr wrote to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein on a potentially serious flaw in the use of the most likely federal provision on obstruction of justice against Trump. Barr was hammered by Democratic senators on his view of obstruction, as was I when I testified the next day as a witness. I agreed with many of the flaws noted by Barr in the memo.

Barr’s more nuanced arguments were drowned out by a long litany of experts like Harvard Professor Laurence Tribe who publicly insisted that obstruction was not only clearly established (with a long litany of other crimes) but that Barr’s rejection of that crime was evidence of his raw partisanship. In a public letter to me, Ralph Nader, Lou Fisher, and Bruce Fein stated that his rejection of obstruction was akin to “a papal encyclical that President Trump was innocent of obstruction of justice” that ignored Mueller’s “chronicle [of] multiple instances of evidence of obstruction.”

Throughout this never-ending barrage, Barr remained largely silent on the internal review of the matter and declined to release the full OLC memo. That only increased speculation that Barr must be hiding countervailing conclusions of legal staff. We know now that (at least the now disclosed portion of) the memo supports Barr’s prior view and, despite that fact, he withheld the information out of concern for the confidentiality of the internal deliberations.

It turns out that the review and debate over the obstruction allegations began before Barr started as Attorney General. The memo also confirms that the Mueller staff was part of that analysis with career prosecutors at Main Justice. The memo states that the prosecutors reviewed the Mueller evidence and concluded that the evidence “examined by the Special Counsel could not, as a matter of law, support an obstruction charge under the circumstances. Accordingly, were there no constitutional barriers, we would recommend, under the Principles of Federal Prosecution, that you decline to commence such a prosecution.” In plain English, that means that the prosecutors came to the same conclusion as Barr that the alleged conduct did not satisfy the elements of this crime. Moreover, it stated that it would recommend against such a charge even without consideration of any constitutional barriers presented by Trump’s office.

Fauci Says He Cannot Ask Biden To Declassify COVID-19 Origins Investigation Despite Being Top Adviser

May 26, 2021 By Paulina Enck

Dr. Anthony Fauci would not commit to asking President Joe Biden to declassify the investigation of COVID-19’s origin when questioned by Republican Sen. Mike Braun, despite asserting support of transparency.

In a Senate Appropriations Committee hearing Wednesday, Fauci faced questions on the recent news that Biden shut down and covered up an investigation into whether the novel coronavirus was leaked from the Wuhan Institute of Virology, rather than the previously reported natural origin, possibly in a Chinese wet market.

After Fauci expressed support for “transparency” from the government, Braun suggested the research and information be declassified. Although he agreed that there was a clear need for further investigation which ought to be openly shared with the American people, Fauci demurred about whether he would advise Biden to declassify the information surrounding the aborted investigation, saying “I don’t think I can promise you that.”

Braun noted that, if the request does not come from a senior adviser like Fauci, who has been involved in the White House’s COVID team from the start, the public will never know the currently classified information.

“We owe it to the American people, with what we’ve been through, to at least took at the information we have,” Braun said.

Trump Enlists Gingrich to Draft New 'Contract With America'

Former President Donald Trump has enlisted former Republican House Speaker and 2012 presidential candidate Newt Gingrich to design a policy agenda that Republicans can use to win back control of Congress in 2022.

Politico reported Tuesday that Trump invited Gingrich, his former chief of staff Mark Meadows, and Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) to join him at his Mar-a-Lago club in Florida and begin work on a new version of the "Contract with America" for Republicans to rally behind in the upcoming midterm elections. The document will attempt to transform the "America First" principles of Trump's presidential campaigns into "a policy priority for 2022 and beyond" on everything from trade to immigration.

Gingrich told Politico in an interview that the document won't be ready "anytime soon" but he did make suggestions about what it should look like.

"It should be positive," Gingrich said. "School choice, teaching American history for real, abolishing the '1619 Project,' eliminating critical race theory and what the Texas legislature is doing. We should say, 'Bring it on.'"

Under Gingrich's leadership in 1994, Republicans crafted the "Contract with America," a set of policies and laws they promised to vote on if they won control of the House of Representatives. That year Republicans won 52 seats in the House and nine seats in the Senate, a revolution that forced President Bill Clinton to moderate and work with Congress to reform welfare, balance the budget, and get tough on crime.

That Trump would recruit Gingrich for a new contract-style agenda suggests that in exile from Washington, D.C., and with 2022 and 2024 in view, the former president is attempting to build what his previous campaigns for the presidency lacked: A policy platform every Republican could run on.

Trump's vague promises to "Make America Great Again" during his two campaigns for president worked as slogans that rallied his supporters but never translated into a governing agenda for the Republican Party. The ex-president's skepticism of free trade, opposition to reforming entitlement programs, and focus on border security and culture war issues was never fully embraced by establishment Republicans. The result was that the major victories Trump won for his base were accomplished via executive order, and subsequently undone by President Joe Biden.

The Trump presidency secured few major legislative victories. Efforts to keep the Republican Party's longstanding promise to repeal and replace Obamacare failed miserably, and Trump's inability to rally legislators around a unified health care plan was a factor in that failure. Even with Republicans in complete control of Congress from 2016 to 2018, the government spent $2.3 trillion — more than President Obama spent during his first two years in office.

Trump's greatest legislative achievement was the 2017 tax cut, which reduced the corporate tax rate and doubled the child tax credit. But it's easy to rally Republicans around cutting taxes, and the 2017 law fell far short of transformational tax reforms supported by conservatives.

Perhaps the greatest evidence of Trump's previous neglect of policy and disunity in the GOP was the Republican National Committee's inability to create a platform during the 2020 presidential election.

A new "Contract with America"-style campaign agenda could unite Trump-supporting Republicans and provide a blueprint for what a governing agenda will look like. Concrete promises might become concrete legislative accomplishments, as they did in 1994.

But it remains to be seen if the Republican Party, let alone the American people, will support those promises.

‘School of Rock’ actor Kevin Clark dead at 32, hit by car while biking

Kevin Clark, the child actor who played Freddy “Spazzy McGee” Jones in the 2003 film “School of Rock,” died after being fatally struck by a car while riding his bicycle. He was 32.

Clark was biking in the Chicago neighborhood of Avondale early Wednesday when a Hyundai Sonata struck him at 1:20 a.m., police told the Chicago Sun-Times. The driver of the vehicle — a 20-year-old woman — was issued citations in response to the incident and released, police said.

Clark had been biking home when he was killed, his sister said, according to TMZ.

Paramedics rushed him to the Illinois Masonic Medical Center but he was pronounced dead at 2:04 a.m.

In response to the news, “School of Rock” star Jack Black, 51, shared a touching tribute on Instagram, writing, “Devastating news. Kevin is gone. Way too soon. Beautiful soul. So many great memories. Heartbroken. Sending love to his family and the whole School of Rock community.”

In the post, it appeared the two had reunited in Clark’s adulthood.

“Hundreds of scientists opposed a risky type of research ultimately banned by the Obama administration in 2014 but subsequently funded by the top U.S. immunologist, Dr. Anthony Fauci, that likely led to the creation and accidental release of the COVID-19 virus, according to a weekend report.”

“The US government surprised many researchers on 17 October (2014) when it announced that it will temporarily stop funding new research that makes certain viruses more deadly or transmissible. The White House Office of Science and Technology Policy is also asking researchers who conduct such ‘gain-of-function’ experiments on influenza, severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) and Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS) to stop their work until a risk assessment is completed — leaving many unsure of how to proceed.

“I think it’s really excellent news,” says Marc Lipsitch, an epidemiologist at the Harvard School of Public Health in Boston, Massachusetts, who has long called for more oversight for gain-of-function research. “I think it’s common sense to deliberate before you act.”

Critics of such work argue that it is unnecessarily dangerous and risks accidentally releasing viruses with pandemic potential — such as an engineered H5N1 influenza virus that easily spreads between ferrets breathing the same air1, 2. In 2012, such concerns prompted a global group of flu researchers to halt gain-of-function experiments for a year (see Nature http://doi.org/wgx; 2012). The debate reignited in July, after a series of lab accidents involving mishandled pathogens at the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, Georgia.

Coronaviruses, a number of which cause respiratory illnesses in people, were mentioned as a class of viruses that could be readily weaponized. Indeed, the Chinese scientists were even more explicit, pointing out in their paper that the coronavirus that causes Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome, or SARS, was an ideal candidate for a bioweapon.

“No, actually,” Fauci responded. He continued, adding he was “not convinced” that the virus has natural origins:

“No. I’m not convinced about that. I think that we should continue to investigate what went on in China until we find out to the best of our ability exactly what happened…”

“Kennedy asks Fauci: ‘Can we agree…if you took Xi Jinping and turned him upside…. the WHO would fall out of his pocket?”

“Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) grilled Dr. Anthony Fauci of the National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Diseases during a Senate Appropriations Committee hearing Wednesday. Since the hearing came on the heels of an intelligence report on Wuhan Virology Institute falling ill in November 2019, much of the discussion surrounded COVID-19 origins.”

“Fauci has previously testified that the Wuhan lab did not receive any U.S. government funds towards their gain-of-function research. But, Kennedy pressed Fauci further. “How do you know the Wuhan lab didn’t lie to you and use U.S. grant money to conduct gain-of-function virus research anyway?” Kennedy asked the NIAID director. At first, Fauci responded that the lab published their research.”

“There’s no way of guaranteeing that,” Fauci said. Yet, he claimed the scientists in that lab were “trustworthy.”

“I cannot guarantee that a grantee has never lied to us because you never know,” Fauci ended.

“I don’t think I can answer that, sir,” Fauci replied while laughing.

Chinese Paper Calls for Probe of US’ Fort Detrick Biolab Amid Wuhan Lab COVID-19 Origins Fracas

Chinese scientists sequenced the genome of SARS-CoV-2 in early January 2020 and by March of that year had “irrefutably” concluded the virus was not of human design. Since then, the goalposts have shifted repeatedly in an attempt to keep laboratory escape a viable theory, despite no evidence to support the continued supposition.

Amid a flurry of statements by US health figures suggesting a deeper probe of the Wuhan Institute of Virology is warranted as part of the hunt for the origins of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, China’s state media has shot back, suggesting that the top US biolab at Fort Detrick should also be investigated.

“If they see the ‘lab leak’ theory as one of the directions of the investigation, the Wuhan Institute of Virology should not be the only one included,” the editors of the Global Times, a daily paper published by the Communist Party-owned People’s Daily, wrote on Wednesday.

“Since 2019, the Fort Detrick biolab has shown many signs worthy of attention, and should be included in the first group of targets for investigation. In addition, the US has also built an astonishing number of biolabs in Asia, and investigating them is an urgent project that must be added in the COVID-19 origins-tracing,” the editorial notes.

“If the efforts of virus origins-tracing focus on science rather than politics, expanding the scope of the investigation is completely logical and rational. However, the US is repeatedly using its and its allies' opinion tools to draw attention to Wuhan, especially to the lab there. It is clearly a political maneuver.”

US Biolab Has Leaked Before

Based in northern Maryland, Fort Detrick was once the center of the Pentagon’s bioweapons program and today houses several agencies focused on biodefense and research into some of the world’s deadliest diseases, including smallpox, anthrax, and viral hemorrhagic fevers like ebola.

Fort Detrick has been shut down several times over the years, including in 2009 when the Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases was found to be storing hazardous bacteria, viruses and toxins not included in its inventory, and again in 2019, when the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) issued a “cease and desist” order after finding the lab had inadequate safety measures for waste disposal.

In addition, the FBI’s prime suspect for the 2001 anthrax attacks that followed the September 11 terrorist attacks and killed five people, Bruce Ivins, was a senior biodefense researcher at Fort Detrick. The FBI never charged Ivins before his apparent suicide in 2008, but after his death the bureau released a report on their investigation showing Ivins had stolen the anthrax spores from Fort Detrick.

WHO Report Finds Lab Leak ‘Extremely Unlikely’

In late March, the World Health Organization (WHO) released a report on its international trip to Wuhan to share data on COVID-19 in an attempt to better pinpoint the origins of the coronavirus that has killed nearly 3.5 million people since late 2019. Of the four possible origins the team looked at, a leak from the Wuhan virology lab was judged the least likely, although the scientists did not entirely dismiss it since they couldn’t disprove it. They suggested a zoonotic source was more likely, and also floated a fifth possibility: that it was brought to Wuhan by military athletes in the city for international games the October before the outbreak began.

Abstract

Environmental medicine generally addresses environmental factors with a negative impact on human health. However, emerging scientific research has revealed a surprisingly positive and overlooked environmental factor on health: direct physical contact with the vast supply of electrons on the surface of the Earth. Modern lifestyle separates humans from such contact. The research suggests that this disconnect may be a major contributor to physiological dysfunction and unwellness. Reconnection with the Earth's electrons has been found to promote intriguing physiological changes and subjective reports of well-being. Earthing (or grounding) refers to the discovery of benefits—including better sleep and reduced pain—from walking barefoot outside or sitting, working, or sleeping indoors connected to conductive systems that transfer the Earth's electrons from the ground into the body. This paper reviews the earthing research and the potential of earthing as a simple and easily accessed global modality of significant clinical importance.
