Spouseanon says this isn't new.
Is it new?
I don't know of one.
Could peruse Planefags101
https://8ch.net/qresearch/res/1311848.html
and see if that question got asked & answered there.
You can search current flights (civilian) on flightaware.com by typing in an airport, a town, a registration number or callsign.
Or flightradar24.com
You can search current civilian or military on ADSBexchange.com using filters.
You can position the map and see what aircraft fly through it.
If they aren't using ADSB transponders, you won't see a damn thing.
If they're flying visual flight rules (VFR), this non-pilotfag believes they don't have to use a transponder.
Best way is to spot the N- registration number painted on the aircraft itself, then look up in FAA's registration database?
https://registry.faa.gov/aircraftinquiry/
Best I can do. Sort of trying to fill in until we get a regular planefag over here.
Pardon me but those lacking military background like me may want a definition:
MRAP
Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected is a term for United States military vehicles produced as part of the MRAP program that are designed specifically to withstand improvised explosive device attacks and ambushes. The United States Department of Defense MRAP program began in 2007 as a response to the increased threat of IEDs during the Iraq War.
Roger, learning. Thanq you.

That's a TOR ID. All TOR users will show as 000000. TOR use was disallowed on QResearch so you haven't seen it much.

GTMO842 turning from Caribbean to JAX, FL vicinity
and 3 P-8A Poseidon (sub-hunters!) circling off the FL Atl coast. Maybe just a typical day. They're not uncommon.
LOBO474 C560 is flying S along the coast, now off MD.
RAF inbound is passing Long Island southbound.
