2) Q can post anywhere in 8ch with a tripcode, so long as the board he posts on allows tripcodes and that tripcode is whitelisted. (It is whitelisted on QResearch and QRB to be best of my knowledge.)
3) A tripcode provides good cryptographic authentication that the poster has the same secret password, i.e. is really Q team.
