Anyway, I tried to archive but, I do not have a scribd account for this FBI internal "top secret" letter to Senator Edward Kennedy.
And... I hate Google, Facebook, Twitter, basic Clown orgs, so I refuse to use those to "get an account".
Still, I think this is pretty damn Notable, if just for the first two pages, on how CIA got our from under Congressional oversight. They call the Congress possible "do-gooders" and clearly plant to get out from under Congress with their funding and their operations.
Not self nominating. Just wondering if Anons have already got this in archive for the real history books we are obviously going to have to write someday.
