Stephane Bancel, the current CEO of Moderna, has a dark and shady past that includes questionable involvement with communist China and its bioweapons programs.
Independent journalist Jordan Schachtel released a series of tweets explaining how Bancel used to be the CEO of a company called bioMerieux, which was founded byAlain Merieux, a personal friend of Chinese President Xi Jinping.
Merieux helped build the level-four biosafety laboratory in Wuhanwhere the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) is believed to have originated.
Considering Moderna had a “vaccine” ready and waiting right when the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) first publicized the gene sequence for the Chinese Virus, Schachtel believes that the company deserves more scrutiny for its clear connections to the Chinese regime.
Prior to the “pandemic,” Moderna had brought a total of zero products to market. Then the Wuhan Flu comes along and, poof, a “miracle” mRNA (messenger RNA) injection was already available and ready for emergency use authorization (EUA) from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the rest of the global pharmaceutical cabal…
“[Moderna] had billions of $$$ in fundraising thanks to hype, but no functioning products,” Schachtel added about Moderna, highlighting parallels to the Theranos fiasco. “We are now supposed to believe [Moderna] solved it (the Chinese Virus plandemic) in a matter of hours, after a decade of failures.”
Merieux,it turns out, received a prestigious award from the CCP at a 2018 event attended byXi.BioMerieux was praised by the communist regimefor its contributions to China’s “public health” efforts, which included the creation of the high-security P4 laboratory that opened in Wuhan four years prior.
Bancel, meanwhile, continued to serve on the board ofFoundation Merieux,a non-profit organization associated withbioMerieux,even after leaving the latter to join up with Moderna.
Anthony Fauci and Bill Gates,by the way, areboth financially vested in Moderna,and both have profited heavily from the plandemic over the past year.

The Haiti Ministry of Public Health and Population of Haiti launches its first National Health Research Policy

Aware of the importance of research as an essential tool for improving people’s health, the Ministry of Public Health and Population (Ministère de la Santé Publique et de la Population - MSPP) today launched its very first National Health Research Policy. This ceremony was attended by the local and international partners involved, in order to present the key points, strategies and implementation of this reference document.
In the presence of the Minister of Health, Dr. Marie Gréta Roy Clément, the main people involved in health research in Haiti met in Port-au-Prince to learn about the main guidelines defined by the Ministry in agreement with its partners. Through this policy, the MSPP defines strategies for the development of the health research sector for its Departments and the institutions concerned in Haiti, thereby promoting the programs appropriate for the country’s public health priorities.
On this occasion, Dr Patrick Dely, Director of Epidemiology, Laboratories and Research (DELR), Dr Lauré Adrien, Director General of the Ministry of Public Health and Population (MSPP), Ms Chloé Masetti, representing theMérieux Foundation,Professor Jean William Pape, Director of the GHESKIO Centers, M. Aniceto Rodriguez-Ruiz, Head of Cooperation of the European Union Delegation in Haiti, among others, took the floor to present the National Health Research Policy and stress its importance, disseminate its guideline and encourage it to be taken up by the various stakeholders.
The document focuses on four strategic areas, developing the need to strengthen the institutional framework and to draw up a national research agenda to define the priority themes to be investigated for the MSPP. It also presents the need for strengthening skills at both institutional and researcher levels, promoting the use of evidence-based information to guide health decisions and raising funding for the development of the health research sector.
Drawn up as part of SPHaitiLAB, a project backed by the European Union and theMĂ©rieux Foundation,this Policy defines a research framework that will enable the MSPP, on the basis of evidence, to improve the quality and equity of services, and the health of the Haitian people.

Ballot Update: Judicial Watch Cleans Up Dirty Voter Rolls10/2020 Back in January, Judicial Watch had some big news.Our investigation of voter rolls nationwide turned up 2.5 million extra names. Our analysis of data from the U.S Election Assistance Commission found 378 counties that had a combined 2.5 million more voter registrations than citizens old enough to vote. We warned five states—California, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Colorado, and Virginia—that we intended to sue unless they cleaned up their voter rolls.
Judicial Watch is the national leader in election integrity education and litigation. We’re cleaning up dirty voter rolls across the nation. Under the National Voter Registration Act, states are required to remove “inactive voters” from registration rolls if they do not respond to an address confirmation notice and then fail to vote in the next two general federal elections. Many “inactive voters” in fact have died or moved to a new location.
It’s not news that ballot disputes are bitter partisan affairs, filled with wild attacks and misinformation. But Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton insists that voting abuse cases should not be a Right-Left death match. “If you’re a Leftist Democrat trying to take on an incumbent in a corrupt jurisdiction, voter fraud can keep you from gaining traction as well,” he says. Judicial Watch recently investigated such a case in New Jersey.
In April, we sued Pennsylvania for failing to make reasonable efforts to remove ineligible voters from their rolls, as required by the NVRA. Earlier this month, Pennsylvania offered a limited capitulation: it admitted it had reported incorrect information to a federal agency on the removal of ineligible voters.
The Pennsylvania numbers were pathetic. The state initially claimed that in one county of 457,000 registrants, it had found only eight inactive names eligible for removal under the NVRA; in another county of 357,000 registrants, five such names had been removed; in a third county of 403,000 registrants, four such names removed. The state has since revised its numbers, but even the new numbers are too small. Pennsylvania now admits that in eighteen other counties—which together contain twenty-five percent of the entire state’s registered voters—it removed a grand total of fifteen inactive, ineligible voters.
Judicial Watch is keeping the pressure on Pennsylvania. “Pennsylvania’s voting rolls are such a mess that even Pennsylvania can’t tell a court the details of how dirty or clean they are,” Tom says. “The simple solution is to follow the federal law and take the necessary and simple steps to clean up their voter rolls.”
We’ve also gone to court in Colorado to clean up voter rolls. Authoritative studies in recent years show that a majority of Colorado counties have registration rates that exceed 100% of the voting-age population. (Read more about the studies in the Judicial Watch lawsuit, here.) In fact, Colorado leads the nation in percentages of counties with more than 100% of eligible voters registered to vote.
Our lawsuit charges “an ongoing, systemic problem with Colorado’s voter list maintenance obligations” and asks the court to order the state to “implement a general program that makes a reasonable effort to remove the registration of ineligible registrants” from voter rolls.
In April, we filed suit against North Carolina for the same reason—large numbers of ineligible voters on the state voter rolls. Our lawsuit argues that North Carolina has about one million inactive voters on its rolls. That’s about seventeen percent of the state’s total voter registration.
The state has a terrible voter registration record, one of the worst in the nation. In nineteen North Carolina counties, twenty percent of the registrations were inactive. In three other counties, twenty-five percent or more were inactive.
We told the court that North Carolina failed to clean up its voter rolls. In addition, we say, the state violated the National Voter Registration Act by not providing Judicial Watch with public records related to registration numbers.
Public records are something we know a lot about. Judicial Watch is famously at the forefront of freedom of information efforts around the nation. We now know that Fauci was misleading the public for over a year on the coronavirus, where it came from and how to treat it. Millions died following Fauci’s dishonest and misleading reports and advice.
And Facebook acted as an agent of the government to silence anyone who proposed alternative ideas and facts regarding the coronavirus.
This is a huge development!
Senator Ted Cruz: In the email dump that came out, it makes clear that this is not just being sloppy. It is systematic and it is systematically an effort to mislead the American people. And as you noted he wasn’t doing it alone but was doing it with much of the US government behind him and with Facebook and Big Tech operating as an extension of the US government in order to silence any views that disagreed, not with the science, because he wasn’t looking for the science. He was suppressing the science. But rather trying to silence anything that disagreed with the political narrative that was convenient that he was pushing at that moment…
…If you went out and posted the facts that led, a year ago, to the very strong likelihood that the coronavirus escaped from a Chinese government lab in Wuhan, China. If you posted that a year ago and they took it down, I think there is a very good argument you have a cause of action against Facebook. And, Facebook would ordinarily say, “We’re a private company. We’re not liable.” Well, you know, when they act at the behest of the government. When they contact Fauci. When they say, “Should we censor this and Fauci says, “Yes.” And they censor it for the federal government. And then magically when the government changes its mind and says, “Oh, all those facts that were there a year ago, now you’re allowed to talk about it.” They stop censoring it with the flip of a switch. That lays a very strong argument that Facebook is operating as a state agency and that opens very seriously legal liability.
