CDC plans "emergency meeting" on rare heart inflammation following COVID-19 vaccines
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced Thursday that it will convene an "emergency meeting" of its advisers on June 18th to discuss rare but higher-than-expected reports of heart inflammation following doses of the mRNA-based Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines.

Abstract
A new type of pneumonia caused by a novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 outbreaks recently in China and spreads into many other countries. This disease, named as COVID-19, is similar to patients infected by SARS-CoV and MERS-CoV, and nearly 20% of patients developed severe condition. Cardiac injury is a prevalent complication of severe patients, exacerbating the disease severity in coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) patients. Angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2), the key host cellular receptor of SARS-CoV-2, has been identified in multiple organs, but its cellular distribution in human heart is not illuminated clearly. This study performed the first state-of-art single cell atlas of adult human heart, and revealed that pericytes with high expression of ACE2 might act as the target cardiac cell of SARS-CoV-2. The pericytes injury due to virus infection may result in capillary endothelial cells dysfunction, inducing microvascular dysfunction. And patients with basic heart failure disease showed increased ACE2 expression at both mRNA and protein levels, meaning that if infected by the virus these patients may have higher risk of heart attack and critically ill condition. The finding of this study explains the high rate of severe cases among COVID-19 patients with basic cardiovascular disease; and these results also perhaps provide important reference to clinical treatment of cardiac injury among severe patients infected by SARS-CoV-2.

CNN Says Kamala Harris’ First Foreign Trip Was a Disaster
You know it’s bad when CNN admits Kamala Harris’ first foreign trip was a disaster.
Kamala Harris traveled to Guatemala and Mexico this week to discuss the Biden Administration’s immigration policies.
Harris was appointed as “border czar” in March and she is just now making her first trip to the Northern Triangle.
However, Harris still has not visited the US-Mexico border and she is snapping at anyone who asks her when she will visit the border.
A reporter on Tuesday asked Kamala Harris why she won’t visit the border.
Kamala Harris snapped at the reporter and awkwardly laughed.
Harris rolled her eyes and blasted another reporter in Mexico asking why she hasn’t visited the border.
Kamala Harris also sat down with NBC’s “Today” host Lester Holt to discuss her absence at the southern border and the interview was a total dumpster fire.
Lester Holt asked Kamala Harris of she has plans to visit the border.
“We’ve been to the border. We’ve been to the border,” Kamala insisted.
“You haven’t been to the border,” Lester Holt said.
“And I haven’t been to Europe. I don’t understand the point you’re making,” Kamala Harris said laughing.
Harris’ week was so bad that even CNN pointed out how bad her first foreign trip was.

Passengers on First Fully Vaccinated North American Cruise Test Positive For Covid-19
Passengers aboard the first 100% vaccinated North American cruise tested positive for Covid-19.
Two passengers on the Celebrity Millennium, which is operated by Royal Caribbean, tested positive for Covid-19 during end-of-cruise testing which is conducted 72 hours before returning to the US.
The passengers are asymptomatic and have been forced into isolation on the vessel.
The cruise line released a statement:
“Today two guests sharing a stateroom onboard Celebrity Millennium tested positive for COVID-19 while conducting the required end of cruise testing. The individuals are asymptomatic and currently in isolation and being monitored by our medical team. We are conducting contact tracing, expediting testing for all close contacts and closely monitoring the situation.
“Celebrity Millennium is sailing with fully vaccinated crew and guests and following comprehensive protocols that align with our destination partners and exceed CDC guidelines to protect the health and safety of our guests. All guests on Celebrity Millennium were required to show proof of vaccination as well as a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours before sailing from St. Maarten this past Saturday. Does the 21st Century Cures Act Allow the Government to Bypass Informed Consent for Experimental Vaccines?

The Clause
Back in 2016 when the 21st Century Cures Act was signed into law (December 13, 2016), the mission, among other things, was to accelerate medical product development to support the expedited commercialization of new innovative advancements to the bedside of patients. No one can oppose such an important goal, but patient safety is of course sacrosanct and infused into the underlying clinical research mission.
When introduced by the 114th Congress, Section 3024 of the Act stated, “Clinical testing of investigational medical devices and drugs no longer requires the informed consent of the subjects if the testing poses no more than minimal risk to the subjects and includes safeguards.”
The importance of informed consent and the Declaration of Helsinki cannot be overstated for anyone that knows the history of research. This particular clause ultimately couldn’t have remained in this version for the finalized legislation and indeed upon review of Section 3024 of the Act.
“ INFORMED CONSENT WAIVER OR ALTERATION FOR CLINICAL INVESTIGATIONS.
(b) DRUGS.—Section 505(i)(4) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 355(i)(4)) is amended by striking ‘‘except where it is not feasible or it is contrary to the best interests of such human beings’’ and inserting‘‘except where it is not feasible, it is contrary to the best interests of such human beings, or the proposed clinical testing poses no more than minimal risk to such human beings and includes appropriate safeguards as prescribed.”

The Law and its Implications
The 21st Century Cures Act signed into law on December 13, 2016, was in part designed to help accelerate medical product development and bring new innovations and advancements to patients who need them faster and more efficiently.
A Gift to Industry?
Modern biotech and pharmaceutical companies can contribute absolutely amazing advancements to society as can be witnessed in hospitals across the nation. Stories abound of what were once deadly cancers that are now treatable and even the first Alzheimer’s disease drug in decades in the United States was just approved. With brilliant, motivated personnel, substantial investment into communities creating all sorts of employment in many ways biotech and pharma are national treasure troves.
But rules such as informed consent have been around for decades for a reason.
And despite tremendous progress with vaccines during the pandemic, a concerted effort to block low-cost, generic, repurposed treatments is but one example of industry becoming too influential.

When industry and government get too friendly, that raises additional problems.
America’s long history of, from time to time, taking on and untying industry and government knots often is a call to a higher action as too much power concentrated in few hands is never healthy for the society, economy, and health of all.
FDA’s Point of View on the Act’s Waiving Informed Consent
On July 2017, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued guidelines for implementation of the rules, which seemingly waves key aspects of federal law for human research subject projection.
For example, the FDA noted in accordance with 21 CFR 10.115(g)(3) that the agency didn’t bother to seek any prior comment from the public.
According to the language, the Gold Standard agency determined that prior public participation is “not feasible or appropriate because this guidance presents a less burdensome policy that is consistent with the public health.” This was the justification for waiving key aspects of fundamental human research subject protection law and policy without so much as a public hearing.
To the FDA’s credit, they did acknowledge that the agency remained subject to public comment in accordance with 21 CFR 10.115.
Were the modifications implemented a few years ago just “business as usual,” intended to establish more friendly conditions for expediting research and development?
Or are they serious encroachments on a human subject’s expectations for true and transparent informed consent as has been defined in the Belmont Report and the Declaration of Helsinki, a cornerstone of subject safety arising ultimately out of the horrors of World War 2?

EVERY STATE Should Be Audited – Now a Concerned Citizen in Massachusetts Uncovers Election Discrepancies
The 2020 Election results in every state should be forensically audited using the same method that is taking place in Arizona now.
We’ve reported on concerns with the results of elections in Massachusetts previously. This is how we discovered MIT Ph.D. Dr. Shiva who had uncovered an anomaly in the election results in the Senate primary in Massachusetts. He identified a pattern in the results in his 2020 primary and he saw the same anomaly in the 2020 Presidential results in Michigan:

We already knew that the results of the 2020 Senate primary were suspect so when a concerned citizen in Massachusetts reached out to us with his story, we listened.
Our reader shared that at the beginning of December 2020, and initially with a request made verbally and in person, he asked the Marshfield Town Clerk, for elections reports for the 2020 local election and the November 3rd national election. He mentioned that he wanted the reports because he was intending to run for local office in 2021.
At first, he was given copies of files that were loaded onto memory sticks or thumb drives in what appears to be an Excel-like format. But, these files were incomplete. For example, the local election had 1,400+ voters but the report had only about 1,100 voters listed.

Similarly, the November election had 16,000+ voters but he received a report indicating less than 13,000 voters participated.
Then, after more requests – and no response – our reader made a call to the Secretary’s Elections Division and described the situation. Within hours of that call, I received an email with several pdf files attached that are lists of names of persons that voted (although in some instances it is not clear if these are persons that actually voted). These pdf files appeared to be grouped into six (6) precincts – but his town has seven (7) precincts. One precinct, Precinct 5, was not included.....

SAGE has some modelling of deaths especially the fully vaccinated.
Sounds scary, yes? BUT the modelling is based on an ASSUMPTION. An assumption that variants arise which “escapes immunity”.
In other words, they’ve no idea whether anything untoward will happen.
If their “guess” about variants isn’t correct, bin the whole thing.
And will a variant that “escapes immunity” arise?
The empirical data speaks strongly AGAINST it. We’re still at around 0.3% total mutation away from the original sequence.

Recall that those infected by & left immune to SARS in 2003?
They all had cross-immunity to SARS-CoV-2, which is 22% different.
Let me say it again. The human immune system EASILY sees two viruses which differ by 22% as similar enough that immunity to one confers immunity to the other.
Now ask yourself, considering the same immune system:
if it easily copes with a 22% difference, what do you think the chances are that a 0.3% difference will NOT be recognised by our immune systems??
Yes, that’s right. It’s ZERO. It’s impossible. It is not going to happen.
