Michigan Supreme Court Deals Blow to Crooks and Cheaters – Rules in Favor of Pathway to Repeal Whitmer’s Emergency Powers of Governor Act

Cheating at the TCF Center in Detroit and State Farm Center in Atlanta.

The Michigan Supreme Court dealt a blow to the lawless Democrat leadership in the state.

The court ruled in favor of a pathway to repeal Governor Whitmer’s emergency power grab from 2020 that allowed Democrats to use any measure possible to cheat legal voters in the state.

Freep.com reported:

The Board of State Canvassers must certify a voter initiative to repeal the Emergency Powers of Governor Act, the Michigan Supreme Court ruled in a Friday order.

That means that once the board acts on the court’s order, the Republican-controlled Legislature can repeal the law with majority votes in each chamber, and Gov. Gretchen Whitmer will be unable to veto the measure.

The order gave no breakdown on what position each justice took on the question, but there was no dissent accompanying the order, suggesting the decision was unanimous.

“The court has it exactly right — the Board of State Canvassers had a clear legal duty to certify what was obvious, that we had collected far more signatures than required,” said Fred Wszolek, a spokesman for Unlock Michigan, the group behind the petition drive.

“…I think it's great to have a US President part of the club and very willing to cooperate," said French President Emmanuel Macron.

This was a quote by the President of France. He and many other Leaders before him, in France and throughout Europe, were ripping off the United States like never before. We were treated very unfairly with horrible trade deals, and paying for a large portion of their defense. They were taking advantage of the United States and therefore, of course, they like Biden because now they will be allowed to return to their old ways of ripping off our Country. If I were a leader of these countries, I too would like Biden far better than President Trump. They will now get very rich off the United States just like they have in the past until a change is made. I am for AMERICA FIRST!

Poll Rates Ex-Mossad Chief Cohen as Potential Likud Party Leader if Netanyahu Steps Aside

Cohen has reportedly enjoyed a close relationship with the outgoing Israeli prime minister, apparently due to his significant role in the special operations aimed at undermining Iran's influence in the region. According to the Israeli media, Netanyahu has himself called Cohen his possible successor in the party.

Members of Israel's right-wing Likud Party prefer former spy agency chief Yossi Cohen to head the party if its current leader Benjamin Netanyahu decides to resign from the post, given that a new coalition government will soon assume power in the Jewish state, The Times of Israel reported.

A Channel 12 news poll reportedly showed on Saturday that 27 percent of Likud respondents were in favor of Cohen, who was followed by ex-Jerusalem mayor Nir Barkat with 16 percent. Next comes Israel's ambassador to the US and the UN, Gilad Erdan, who has the support of 8 percent of the party, and Finance Minister Israel Katz who stands at 5 percent.

This comes after a revealing interview with the ex-top spy, published earlier this week, in which he shared details on the Mossad operations against Iran in the region. In particular, Cohen hinted at Israel's possible role in the recent Natanz plant accident and the assassination of Iranian top nuclear physicist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, who the Israeli government believes was behind a special unit within the Iranian military allegedly working to develop a nuke.

Barkat, who also has aspirations of succeding Netanyahu as Likud leader, reportedly commented that the outgoing prime minister should have stepped aside in recent weeks in order to prevent the newly formed coalition from taking power. The eight-party government will include parties from all over the political spectrum - starting from the right-wing Yamina led by Naftali Bennet and Israel Our Home to the left-wing Meretz - but will not include Netanyahu's Likud.

If Netanyahu had followed his advice, "Likud and the national camp would have been forming the government on Sunday", the TOI quoted Barkat as saying.

Earlier, Israeli President Reuven Rivlin gave Yair Lapid, the leader of Israel's largest opposition party Yesh Atid, a mandate to form a coalition government after Netanyahu failed to do it following the inconclusive March elections. Naftali Bennett will become the country's new prime minister on a rotation basis, and be replaced by Lapid after about two years.

In a last-ditch attempt to retain power, Netanyahu might try to ruin the opposition's plans of building a broad coalition on Sunday, as he's been harshly criticizing right-wing parties, especially Yamina and New Hope - Unity for Israel, for joing the leftists. Ironically, on Friday, Netanyahu offered his Defense Minister Benny Gantz the prime ministership for three years - which Gantz ran against Netanyahu to win - in an attempt to save their coalition from falling apart.

"Whoever is right does not vote for a left-wing government, and whoever is for a left-wing government is not right", Netanyahu tweeted.

The ousting came as another blow (but apparently the most striking) for the Israeli prime minister, who has been the subject of multiple corruption investigations in relation to allegations that he had received luxury gifts from various businessman, pushed through legislation that would benefit a major newspaper and supported loosening regulations on telecom giant Bezeq in return for favorable coverage.

Netanyahu has been leading the Israeli government for more than 12 consecutive ears, thus breaking the record of the country's first prime minister David Ben-Gurion. In accordance with Israeli political tradition, Netanyahu will have to handover the premiership to Bennett in a transition ceremony, but due to his harsh criticism of the new coalition, this tradition may be broken, media speculates.

Former White House COVID coordinator Deborah Birx 'wanted Donald Trump to lose presidential election,' new book by virus adviser to Joe Biden claims

One of the top advisers to during the pandemic has suggested that she wanted him to lose the , according to a new book.

Dr Deborah Birx dropped the hint at a meeting with officials in August 2020 according to Andy Slavitt, a former administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

In a new book, Preventable, written by Slavitt, he recounts asking Dr Birx if she would want to continue her service should win the election.

'At one point, after a brief pause, she looked me in the eye and said, 'I hope the election turns out a certain way,'' Slavitt wrote. 'I had the most important information I needed.'

When the pandemic begun, Birx together with Dr Anthony Fauci were two of President Trump's move visible advisers, regularly speaking alongside one another.

As the White House Coronavirus response coordinator, Birx was present at the press conference during which the president suggested people should inject themselves with disinfectant as a possible COVID treatment

Close-up video of Birx's reaction went viral online, with many social media users setting her reactions to music from comedy shows.

Birx smirked briefly and looked down as dejection set in.

But by the summer of 2020, things began to unravel having fallen out of favor with Trump, who initially considered her 'classy' and 'a lady,' according to White House sources.

In August the president replaced her with Dr Scott Atlas, a radiologist who had no epidemiological experience, but whom Trump had seen speak on Fox News.

'Fighting the virus and Scott Atlas together is the hardest thing I've had to do,' Dr Birx is reported to have said at the Minnesota meeting.

Birx told Slavitt she had been 'completely silenced' by Trump and barred from appearing on any national news media.

'Her early optimism was long gone,' Slavitt writes.

Having been barred from using her national platform, Birx decided to tour the country to give detailed Covid data to local officials in person.

It was during one such meeting she met with Slavitt, who for the last six months, has served as Biden's senior adviser on the Covid-19 response before stepping down on Thursday.

'I wanted to get a sense for whether, in the event of a strained transition of government, she would help give Biden and his team the best chance to be effective,' Slavitt writes in the book, seen by

During one news conference, Birx had praised Trump saying he had been 'so attentive to the scientific literature and the details and the data' and that his 'ability to analyze and integrate data' came from 'his long history in business.'

But Birx's outlook went from bad to worse at the year continued to progress.

In August, Trump called Birx 'pathetic' when she warned Americans that the pandemic is 'extraordinarily widespread' in the US.

'At the end of October 2020, she was beyond all of that; she was downright scared,' Slavitt notes.

Although she considered quitting her White House job many times, Birx finally retired from her government post on 20 January, when Mr Biden took office.

'I mean, why would you want to put yourself through that every day?' she told

'I had to ask myself every morning, is there something that I think I can do that would be helpful in responding to this pandemic and it's something I asked myself every night.'

Birx's departure from government came after she faced criticism for ignoring her own public advice and traveling out of state to visit family over the Thanksgiving weekend.

It was reported that she traveled out of state for the holiday even as she and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention were urging Americans to forgo holiday travel.

Birx was widely branded a hypocrite for the Black Friday trip, where she was accompanied by her husband Paige Reffe, one of her daughters, a son-in-law and two grandchildren.

She lamented that the scrutiny has been very hard on her and her family, who have been struggling just like everyone else during the pandemic.

She insisted the purpose of the roughly 50-hour visit to Fenwick Island was to deal with the winterization of a property before a potential sale - something she says she previously hadn't had time to do because of her busy schedule.

Birx came to the White House coronavirus task force with a sterling reputation.

A public servant since the Reagan administration, Birx has served as a US Army physician and a globally recognized AIDS researcher.

She was pulled away from her ambassadorial post as the US global AIDS coordinator to help the task force in late February 2020.

Birx, however, has faced criticism from public health experts and Democratic lawmakers for not speaking out forcefully against Trump when he contradicted advice from medical advisers and scientists about how to fight the virus.

She stayed in Trump's good graces far longer than Dr Anthony Fauci of the National Institutes of Health, who frequently contradicted Trump.
