Cheers Anons, from UK bread.
Thought anons would like to know how we can be pretty confident the RED BUS pic was taken during the 2013 holiday season, between mid-November 2013 and 5JAN2014. Q made it difficult, but not impossible on this pic. See the small thing on the building above and behind the RB. That thing is one of many attachment mechanisms used to mount the overhead Christmas decorations on cables above Coventry Street.
The decorations need to be suspended high above the streets due to the double-decker buses below and that is why they are not seen. These attachment devices are removed along with the decorations each year, leaving only two bolts protruding from the buildings. It is technically possible for a workman to have left the attachment after removing the decorations. Anons will have to decide for themselves. Although the quality of the RB pic does not allow one to see the small wires, and after reviewing quite a few of these devices with decorations attached, the device does seem to be under tension. Why holidays 2013? Why not 2012 or 2014?
Well, 2014 is easy to eliminate due to that building kitty-corner to the RB location being completely under refurb construction by March 2014 and appearing noticeably different afterwards. Holidays 2012 can be eliminated by the very bus sign that the RB is parked in front of being changed sometime between October and December of 2013 (per SV).
God Bless, Anons.
