A New Government might refer to a new FORM of government as you seem to believe, or it could refer to the persons holding the offices defined by our current Constitution.

If the latter, I would like it to mean taking down all the comped MFs and replacing them with ones who will keep their oath to support & defend the Constitution. And restoring a proper census, throwing out illegals who shouldn't be here, and ensuring proper elections that can't be illegally controlled.

I can't go for a walk outside on my own property without knowing that some satellite is tracking me. I can't go on the internet and search a topic of interest without somebody recording my search and associating it to a personal profile they created about me. I can't mail a letter without knowing it will be photographed and probably X-rayed and stored in a database. I can't use a smartphone or a GPS map without being tracked as to where I am, where I go, who I am. And so on and so on.

No, the Hum is described as a low-frequency sound. The tinnitis is a high pitched white noise sound like a whistle or crickets chirping or wind rushing. Anon knows the sounds of different frequencies and could not possibly confuse a bass pitch with a high pitch near the limits of human hearing.
