yes, the language is very broad. can human trafficking alone fit under the definition of terrorism against the US? or is there something beyond what is publicly disclosed?
you did a fine job explaining, i understand. my suggestion was only to consider whether the trafficking was a means to an end of a broader foreign operation that would potentially qualify him for enemy combatant status if desired by the executive branch.
