would be interesting to find out the legal status of others who have been arrested before entering US soil (i.e. going through/before customs)

did a search and didn't find any reference those EOs to enemy combatants.

if you remember LG's exchange with Kav, he specifically mentioned the "Law of War".

so if JE is being held as an enemy combatant, he would be have to fit that legal definition.

see the Ex parte Quirin case referenced in the link below, also noted in the LG/Kav exchange IIRC.

think you're asking the right questions.

ed in the link below, also noted in the LG/K

yes, the language is very broad. can human trafficking alone fit under the definition of terrorism against the US? or is there something beyond what is publicly disclosed?

>>7335

you did a fine job explaining, i understand. my suggestion was only to consider whether the trafficking was a means to an end of a broader foreign operation that would potentially qualify him for enemy combatant status if desired by the executive branch.

think about what the circumstances would have to be in order to survive a SCOTUS challenge against a rabid army of the best lawyers in the country.

it would seem that the current charges do definitely fit under the Global Magnitsky Act as per those EOs. Browder's prolly shitting a brick right now.

River House is on 52nd and the East River. not too close to Epstein's place by New York standards.

if LdR's property was TerraMar's base, then there could be publicly available tax/legal docs since it was a 501(c)3.

don't forget to archive.
