something is off about Epstein's arrest and purported incarceration.
My gut is telling me he is not being held where we are being told.
He was taken into custody by Port Authority WHILE ON THE PLANE.
He never touched American soil as a free man. His plane did.
He never went through customs.

Port Authority was created by Congress and placed under Homeland security. ( Cabinet seat of Homeland Security grant POTUS article 2 powers )
Epstein was not legally on American soil until he walked off the plane.
Epstein would have required extradition from France for an arrest of his "person" unless he walked through customs and was in US territory
France didn't extradite him and he didn't enter US territory yet. His plane did.

he could be held at that location because it is a location that has multiple purposes. It is not a standard jail and multiple authorities hold their prisoners there. It does not follow 1 set of rules because it houses prisoners of many types. I think he is being held as an enemy combatant but I lack the legal skills to put it all together with logical bullet point sauce

anons are getting off track from my point. Citizenship only matters for Epstein as it relates to the Supreme Court challenges. He is in fact an American Citizen and that part is irrelevant. ( sorta)
Military tribunals for American citizens who are captured on American soil is still somewhat unsettled law.
American citizens
(who are enemy combatants ) captured on foreign land is however settled law.

Flynn's Judge did it and was desperate at the time because Flynn said he was not coerced and wanted to go through with the sentencing. That Judge later cam back and apologized for insinuating Flynn committed treason. Do anons remember that hearing? That is a prime example of a Judge playing a rle in order to get the case out of his courtroom and/or force the 2 sides to settle it. That Judge wants NO part in sentencing Flynn!
Epstein's Judge asked him if he wanted a 3 day stay of a bail hearing. The MSM told the World it was standard. ( nothing standard about that! ) True he had the right to request it. 3 days has been up and Epstein's lawyers didn't have him in front of the Judge. In fact. they filed financials late! They filed a brief that suggested he be released and used seized. property as an offer of collateral. If you read in between the lines of their brief, you will see they are really pushing the jurisdiction subject.
His original bail hearing Magistrate kicked the can out of his courtroom and to another Judge.
