That would explain it for the lamps toward the bottom right, but not the lamps on the upper left. See the palm trees along the left edge?

Am I blind? I don't see a door to enter this building? A couple windows on the sides, a painted wooden door and the tall window-paned window on the back of the structure appears to also be just...a window.
