This AC has been used by the State Dept. and the White House NSO Office in the past-NATO meetings, Alaska China Summit etc. It used to follow KANSAS around quite a bit in the 00040 and 00041 AC's of same desgination-737's with all the COMMS and layout space needed for mobile offices.

Ya got two AF Special Operations Command Spoopy AC's arriving from overseas-one not traceable for most of an around the world trip except for some time over US and Pacific on it's depart last week-some brief time over Bulgaria too.

Stuttgart is European Command-USEUCOM so it could be something..meetings for sure as dat SAM is way up food chain.

All Branches of Service are at that one too.

Moving a heavy load from there to Bragg with the biggun-mebby dropping some off at prior stops too.

The SAM is high level so some serious meetings and then cargo being moved it appears-I can't give ya much on the other one-it's not loaded like the other though.

China's Didi to be added to S&P Dow Jones' indexes on July 12

Didi Global Inc will be added to S&P Dow Jones’ global equity indexes on July 12 following the U.S. stock market debut of the Chinese ride-hailing company this week, the index publisher said. Didi shares will be added before the start of trade on July 12 “to eligible indices after qualifying for Fast Track IPO Entry as per methodology rules,” S&P Dow Jones Indices said in an emailed statement, without elaborating. Index publisher FTSE Russell said earlier this week that Didi will be added to its global equity indexes on July 8.

Didi shares jumped nearly 16% on Thursday, a day after its debut, the biggest U.S. listing by a Chinese company since 2014.
