good to save all the permaban notices WITH the ip hash

may be useful if there are too many permabans, possible to get them reversed if the list is long enough? dunno but if so, those notices are needed

just the perma bans - the one day bans are trivial

or any that you get in the future

when i post there, i always use vpn from some exotic locale

but the list is not endless

and not good for others using same vpn - they get banned forever as well
