Today is the anniversary of when fj seized the dough on QR and anons went to 8bit looking for help - 8 bit famously saying "I was wrong to trust them."
TOMORROW is when new QRB board was born - Bread #1.
This board was a place to keep going when conditions on QR became so bad that anons would no longer put up with what FJ was dishing out.
Two years later, it's still here. Been thru a lot of ups and downs. But its purpose now is the SAME as it was at the Start:
to provide a place to dig, meme and pray when the main board is no longer a viable forum for the work Q for which we have been tasked.

there are 3 'operators' whose ultimate motives i do not know
FJ, OSS, 8bit
FJ has always behaved like a total jerk - but seemed to be neutral after replatformming (although really, really slow at doing BO/BV tasks - like passive/aggressive)
OSS is not just a jerk but a malicious jerk, got a sadistic streak.
8bit - dunno
was ok on 8chan, helpful even, although always kinda unfriendly to newfags, usual old style chanlike BO. created qrb but later called us 'lindas' for trying to revive this board after replatformming. He thought he offered the board to me in March of 2020 (i baked for months, but not in March) - i never knew til much later. Then made 'linda' stmt in May and said he was going to close the board; anons protested (small but loyal gp). Another anon stepped up to be BO but left in March 2021.
Have no idea where 8bit's at now.
be back in a bit, trying to package up dead computers to return, finally able to send back bad ones after getting a new one going.

TBH, i think they just use CM's leaving as the latest excuse for bad behavior. Always gotta have something or someone to blame.
