Going to drop a very short vid by a UK anon which shows a time-lapse of the dock changes during that phased years-long project. Please pay attention to Basin 2. To repeat, this was alluded to in the last post here, I think bread 215, about Basin 2. If anons agree that Q’s LBP pic might have captured werk in progress on that basin, then we MAY have bookends of FEB 2016 and JULY2016.
