Is the next step of 'green pass' (or any other vax certification) to STOP ACCESS TO POLLING STATIONS?

(Or to prohibit even voting by mail, for some kind of cooked-up reason?)

Green pass is now there. But Prime Minister Mario Draghi certainly does not stop at the first act, which is the obligation to show the green certificate to access restaurants and shows.
