One idea I will throw out to mitigate risk of baker influencing notables:

1. Disregard sef nomination.

2. Require a vote for a second nomination for notables.

3. Baker gives the final vote.

Your suggestion of short stints for bakers will complement this approach. Anons with bugs up their ass can repost under new baker.

If this place stays comfy and baker stints are shortened I will go learn to bake.
