...terminated Dean on April 30, 1973. After two months Dean affirmed freely before the Senate Select Committee on Presidential Campaign Activities, clarifying in extraordinary detail how White House authorities including the president had blocked justice to cover their participation in the occasions following the June 17, 1972, break-in at the Watergate headquarters of the Democratic National Committee. Dean was convicted of obstruction of justice and served four months in jail for his role in the Watergate embarrassment.

In June 2019, the former Nixon White House counsel [John Dean] said that he was happy to be regarded as a foe by President Trump. The current CNN contributor was attacked by Trump insults like "loser for many years" and a "sleazebag attorney." "I think he was disbarred and he went to prison. Other than that, he's doing a great job," Trump said about Dean. Dean said he was happy to be the enemy of man so hated just like he was the enemy of Nixon.

John Dean has just a single child, John Wesley Dean IV. [many John Wesley Deans] John IV was born to John and his first spouse, Karla Ann Hennings. John Wesley Dean IV graduated from Denison University, where he was with Phi Beta Kappa, and later got a MBA.

In 1990, John Wesley married Dorothy Rooms Fox, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas H. Fox of Connecticut, The New York Times reported. Dorothy’s father was senior vice president for JP Morgan & Company when she was married, and her mother was manager of Kropotkin INc.

that Porter has perjured himself, uh, in the

DEAN, JOHN WESLEY, IV of Largo Fl., formerly of Phila., passed away May 18, 2009. Loving husband of Lucy Kalka Dean. Beloved son of Katharine Dean and the late John W. Dean III. Proud father of John W. Dean V. Survived by his brother Warren Dean and sister Katharine Mervine. John was born on July 22, 1951. He was educated at Valley Forge Military College and Muhlen-berg College, graduated in 1973. He went on to found and become president of JMB Co. and later John Dean Machinery, Inc. He was an avid traveler, beach lover, and enjoyed meeting people where ever he went. Relatives and friends are invited to John's Life Celebration Sunday, May 24th, at DEAN/GEITNER/GIVNISH OF FOX CHASE, 7900 Oxford Ave. at 2PM. Followed by Memorial Service 3 P.M. In lieu of flowers, donations to Shriners International Headquarters, 2900 Rocky Point Dr., Tampa FL 33607-1460 would be appreciated.
