The company intentionally destroyed the control groups and the studies aren't done yet, and can never be done because the control group is destroyed. That alone should make any approval null and void.
The FDA did so many shady things over the years, none of that really matters anymore, but what's fascinating that most medical "doctors" don't have a problem with any of it, although they consider themselves experts.
