Anon there reposting that Q post really spurred my almonds....
So many facets to this that people get distracted I think....
Let's see if I can put together a train of thought....
First there's this:
Hitler's Traitor : Martin Bormann and the Defeat of the Reich Hardcover – June 15, 2000 by Louis Kilzer
I've only read part of that book.... doing Q stuff since I saw it.
But basically, the author seems to have gained access to released Soviet docs after the USSR fell.
Apparently it was a known fact that the Soviets had a VERY high level spy in Germany, and this book says the docs point to Bormann.
OK... now... who is Martin Bormann? He is basically the guy who "controlled" Hitler.
Not IMMEDIATELY in any "nefarious" sense. But he was Hitler's scheduler and bascially determined who Hitler met and when and so on.
Now... if you read the books by Albert Speer... he seems to have deeply distrusted Bormann.
Basically all of the other inner circle Nazis did too... no matter how F'ed up they were themselves...
Remember... Albert Speer was basically the only guy at the TOP Nuremburg trial that was convicted, and then did long time and then went free.
He was a reasonably smart guy with some moral sense (however flawed) but he believed in Hitler.
Sometimes he says he was Hitler's only real fried. I could see that.
He knew there were BAD people involved. But even they didn't trust Bormann.
But why would Bormann betray Hitler to the Soviets?
He hardly "believed" in communism!
And he was ALREADY the TOP GUY in a totalitarian state! WHAT could the Soviets "offer" him?!
It doesn't make much sense...
It doesn't make much sense to me unless someone ELSE was basically paying him and assuring him a "good" future...
(But maybe I'm missing something.. these "big" questions hardly get discussed....)
At his "most" innocent Speer murdered many people via slave labour.
And yet in the end he violated Hitler's orders to basically destroy Germany.
So he's a morally flawed guy like most of us. I hope I never murder anyone, but I empathize!
He gets criticized for saying he "didn't know" about, you know, that stuff...
The "final solution" and all that...
This is where all rational thought about Hitler goes off the rails...
Did the Nazis murder totally innocent "Jews"? Obviously yes!
They clearly constructed a massive hate campaign, and don't you think that many took it quite seriously?
At the same time, even if we believe the WORST case story about the Nazi slaughter of Jews, it HARDLY compares with the death toll from world communism.
The communists slaughtered TOTALLY INNOCENT PEOPLE TOO!
And often for the "same" reasons as the Nazis... "you are sorta somehow kinda like someone who exploits wealth... now DIE!"
This isn't theoretical... "ANTIFA" claim to oppose "fascists" but they are literally THUGS for people supporting the same ideas!
Maybe I'm rambling... probably should read that Bormann book carefully...
But I do have an angle...
Since it is so politically contentious to try to really think on Hitler and the Nazis, why not look at Rwanda?
My reasoning: it is the biggest "official genocide" that has nothing to do with communism.
Maybe you can come at it with an open mind..
Here's my take.... the "official story" is NOT a total falsehood.
There REALLY WAS a "genocide" against the Tutsis that also killed many "good Hutus".
But that ain't the whole story.
It was considerably planned and allowed by people who "fought against it" and "stopped it".
And they themselves slaughtered many totally innocent people.
If you can get a picture in your mind of how TOTALLY fucked up the "official" Rwanda story it, even if it has many elements of truth,
then maybe you can start to get a handle on the "Nazis".
If you've never dived into the Rwanda stuff before, I recommend the book "Shake Hands with the Devil" by Romeo Dallaire.
He is the guy circled (by me..) in Q post...
My strong sense is that he is good guy...
But he knows he got FUCKED by deep state somehow....
He was official "UN Force" commander in Rwanda when it went down...
Nobel Peace Prize winner Kofi Annan absolutely fucked him.
Multiple good books and films offer a dastin perspective...
