it tries to get rid of it through various means.

Through the skin is one way.

The worse it gets, the more sick you get.

What's worse is that we learn that it's a brilliant idea to smear acidic shit on the body to keep it from smelling or make it so it smells "good", it's hilarious in a way.

Alkaline food is for example vegetables (raw), melons, etc.

I heard it's all good to have alkaline baths (pH 7, but of course keep it below 9, it's not like going full alkaline would be healthy either), it's even supposed to be good to at the least do feet baths, because feet have tons of sweat pores, which can get rid of shit. I want to try exactly that.

these alkaline baths are also need easily done, because there are tons of products who promise to make water alkaline, but don't. You have to check by yourself using pH test stripes. And as I said don't go above 9, even 8 should be fine and helping the body out. Point is above 7 and I read even on Amazon that certain baths don't do the promised job (probably intentionally).

>when younger, carried a lot of self hatred

>prolly turns the body super acidic, i dunno exactly

Maybe it's the opposite.

Body being super acidic because of wrong food intake (not your fault) and this causes all sorts of issues including mental ones.

For example corn flakes, which are promoted to be the "important first meal" contain tons of sugar, which in turn causes an acidic environment.

Drop all the sugar as a start (mabbe you already did).

What type of milk?

Milk — pasteurized, canned, or dry — is an acid-forming food. Its pH level is below neutral at about 6.7 to 6.9. This is because it contains lactic acid. Remember, though, that the exact pH level is less important than whether it's acid-forming or alkaline-forming.

"you got to do that pasteur thing, otherwise it will totally kill you we swear" (strangely doesn't kill young calf)

It's not just sugar.

The whole topic isn't that simple.

But most people eat wrong foods. As I said, not the fault of the individual. People are taught to eat the wrong foods, and that it's either healthy, or wouldn't matter.

Other dairy products like butter, hard cheeses, cottage cheese, and ice cream are also acid-forming. Yogurt and buttermilk are alkaline-forming foods despite having low pH levels between 4.4 and 4.8.

The American College of Healthcare Sciences notes that raw milk is also an exception; it may be alkaline-forming. However, it may not be safe to drink untreated milk.

"do the pasteur thing, yeah, it's really healthy to do it, otherwise bad bacteria may survive and kill you"

these fucking bastards.

However, drinking milk may cause more heartburn symptoms.Milk makes the stomach produce more acid, which may worsen stomach ulcers or interfere with healing.

Goat’s milk

Like cow’s milk, the pH of goat milk depends on how it’s treated. Raw goat milk is alkaline-forming in the body. However, most goat milk available in stores is pasteurized and acidic-forming.

"Pasteur saved countless of lives with his shit"

At some point I think doing the exact opposite of what being told may actually be the correct answer to everything.

Yes, fresh milk, basically directly from a cow, no heat inbetween, absolutely tasty.

Of course you can't do that with antibiotic'd cows, I mean I wouldn't recommend it, just like I wouldn't recommend that a drug (ab)using woman breast feeds her child either.

Coconut milk’s effect on your body’s pH depends on how it’s made.Fresh coconut is alkaline-forming, while dried coconut is acid-forming.

Choose healthy acid-forming foods such as fish, whole grains, lean meats, and dairy. Balance your diet with plenty of alkaline-forming vegetables and fruits.

What people typically do is 80% acidic foods, and 20% alkaline foods, while it should be the opposite of that.

What is the pH level of tea?

The “safe” pH level of drinks that won’t cause tooth damage is considered 5.5.

Tea Average pH level

black 4.9-5.5

green 7-10

chamomile, mint, fennel 6-7

This now also explains why green tea is typically healthy.
