NEW: Michael Sussmann, charged with 1 count of knowingly making a false statement, pleaded NOT guilty in U.S. District Court. Sussmann will be released on $100,000 bond + will surrender his passport + will surrender a firearm he owns to a government approved third-party. His next court date will be 9/22 at 11am in front of U.S. district judge Christopher Cooper via @JakeMRosen
