Human belief is very powerful, so is the will espec when powered by emotion. If an entire society is strong invested in a belief, things can manifest out of that belief - physical viruses may or may not be real but thought viruses sure are. It's like social weather. Really easy to see if u live in a place with lots of people are either covid-scared or covid-arrogant or both. One crazy person can ignite the group.

The New Zealand Prime Minister's facebook page is still reeling from a PR (public relations) nightmare, after a post that encouraged the public to talk about vaccine side effects exploded.
On Saturday 25 September the NZ testimonials facebook page, which allowed members to report vaccine injuries direcly and had over 17,000 members, was shut down. The following day, Jacinda Ardern addressed the elephant in the room on her facebook page about the growing narrative of vaccine hesistancy, spurred by people sharing stories of the negative side effects of the vaccine including myocarditis, shingles, blood clots, heart attacks, seizures and death.....
Scathing comments made on Jacinda Arderns facebook page included:
"How do you like the team of 5 million now Cindy?"
"Welcome to Nuremberg 2021"
"Six hangings in Pukekohe and one in Tuakau"
"80% of NZ'ers vaccinated but only 284,000 followers on the Unite against Covid 19 page - yeah right"
"Graphene oxide is in that vaccine and PCR tests (whether nasal or oral) and it will compromise your immune system"

Doing the right thing for the wrong reason doesn't work well in the long run coz u just get deeper and deeper into delusion.
i currently have a fren who is always talking about "my ptsd" - like she owns it (or it owns her). She makes it real that way. And also something that is part of her.
Impossible not to hold some beliefs which are untrue tho. i try to counter that problem by holding them lightly, rather than doubling down. So they are provisional.
But the stuff that comes in when you're little can be hard to dislodge, espec when it's close to home. Why doing inner work takes a long time.
