A rather stunning report from Gateway Pundit outlines information contained within a lawsuit filing. The lawsuit, filed by Businessman Ed Butowsky, alleges Wikileaks founder Julian Assange confirmed to Fox News analyst Ellen Ratner that the DNC leaked emails were received from Seth Rich and his brother Aaron.
The details contained within the lawsuit filing (full pdf below) are stunning.
If this information is true and accurate, the DOJ claim of a Russian hack –based on assertions by DNC contractor, Crowdstrike– would be entirely false. Additionally the DC murder of Seth Rich would hold a far more alarming motive.

The Gateway Pundit has obtained information that is damning for Minnesota Congresswoman Ilhan Omar.
Omar’s father, Nur Omar Mohamed, is connected to the former dictator in Somalia, Said Barre. Nur, and other former Barre accomplices, are living in the US illegally.
Omar’s father Mohamed, is living in the US and connected to another Somalian, Yusuf Abdi Ali, who killed thousands for Barre. Barre was a dictator and was connected to Cuban dictator Fidel Castro.
Ali is a convicted war criminal who did the killing himself. Ali has been located in the US working as security at Dulles International Airport and driving for Uber in 2019. He reportedly lived at one time in Alexandria, Virginia. Ali was a Colonel in the Somalian Army’s 5th Mechanized Brigade in 1987 and was a graduate of the Pentegon’s Program for Foreign Officers in 1986. He’s also a war criminal in response to his actions in Somolia.

WASHINGTON—If asylum-seekers travel through other countries on their way to the U.S. southern border and don’t seek asylum in those countries, they won’t be eligible to apply in the United States, according to a new rule issued by the Trump administration on July 15.
The Third-Country Asylum Rule will be published in the federal register and enacted on July 16. It isn’t retroactive.
The rule operates under the premise that those seeking asylum from persecution or torture—based on their race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion—should do so in the first safe country they reach.
“It’s just common sense that if you really were in danger, you would go to the first safe country,” said Jessica Vaughan, director of policy studies at the Center for Immigration Studies, “[but] some of these people are traveling thousands of miles. And so it just stretches credulity. It’s not feasible they’re actually fleeing persecution.”
Almost 90 percent of those who claim credible fear when presenting themselves at the border pass the initial screening. However, less than 20 percent are granted asylum relief by an immigration judge. For Central Americans, that number is less than 10 percent.
But credible fear claims have skyrocketed in recent years as smuggling groups and economic migrants have taken advantage of legal loopholes and an overwhelmed system.

Epstein Had Cash, Diamonds, Foreign Passport in Locked Safe, Prosecutors Say

NEW YORK—Prosecutors revealed during a bail hearing on July 15 that federal agents uncovered “piles of cash,” diamonds, and an expired foreign passport inside a locked safe at Jeffrey Epstein’s Manhattan mansion.
The revelation came as U.S. District Judge Richard Berman said he needed more time and would wait until July 18 before making his decision on whether to grant bail to Epstein.
During arguments from the prosecution and the defense, Assistant U.S. Attorney Alex Rossmiller at one point told Berman what agents had discovered.
“Just this morning, the government became aware of a safe that contained piles of cash, diamonds, and a passport from a foreign country with a picture of the defendant under another name,” Rossmiller said.
Rossmiller also said the prosecution’s evidence against Epstein is “getting stronger by the day.” At a July 8 press conference, attorneys announced that the FBI was looking for more victims of Epstein to come forward.
The expired passport, issued by a foreign country that wasn’t named, listed Epstein’s residence as Saudi Arabia.
Epstein owns and maintains “luxury properties and residences around the world,” a bail memorandum by the Southern District of New York said. These residences include locations in Manhattan, New York; Palm Beach, Florida; Stanley, New Mexico; and Paris. Epstein also has a private island in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Epstein, who pleaded not guilty on July 8, has requested to be placed under house arrest at his mansion on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, with the addition of armed guards paid out of his pocket.
Prosecutors argued throughout the two-hour hearing that Epstein is a flight risk, and poses a danger to the community if released on bail.
Court documents say Epstein sexually exploited and abused dozens of minor girls at different locations. The financier is charged with one count of sex trafficking of minors and one count of conspiracy to engage in sex trafficking of minors.
The charges carry with them a maximum sentence of 45 years.

Mike Lindell: Minnesota Is Going From Blue to Red

Proud American entrepreneur and MyPillow inventor Mike Lindell says he is now working to turn the state of Minnesota from Blue to Red and wouldn’t rule out an eventual run for office, he told Sara Carter on “The Sara Carter Show” Friday.
Lindell, who operates his business from the state of Minnesota, criticized freshman Rep. Ilhan Omar for letting down the people of Minnesota.
“There’s things going on you don’t even see,” he said. “And I will tell you this, I’m going to do so much in Minnesota over the next year and a half, you won’t even see any blue.”
Lindell called the state “ground zero” under Omar’s leadership citing her targeting of many local companies.
“I just want the people to get to know the good things that are going on,” said Lindell. Moreover, he said he plans to hold rallies across the state to celebrate the Trump Administration’s booming economy.
When Carter asked if he would ever run for office, Lindell responded, “I always say, I’ve been asked that a million times and, you know what, if I prayed about it and God had me go that direction, I would do it in a heartbeat.”
It wasn’t always an easy road for Lindell. He fought and won his long battle with drug addiction. He is now working to ensure other addicts and their families have a place to turn to for recovery through The Lindell Recovery Network.
The website will allow former addicts to share their stories of recovery, locate faith-based support groups, and find jobs through a mentorship program.
Ultimately, Lindell said it’s “a story of hope, help, and mentorship, and it’s going to change this country.”
This is also consistent with Lindell’s championing of the pro-life movement. Earlier this year, Lindell produced the movie “Unplanned”, based on the true story of Abby Johnson, who worked at Planned Parenthood. She assisted in nearly 22,000 abortions, and ultimately abandoned the pro-choice movement she felt had been indoctrinated into her while in college. She is outspoken against abortion and joined the pro-life community. The film faced backlash from the left and pro-choice organizations who attempted to censor it. They were unsuccessful for the most part and the film was shown in theaters across the country.
