If I'm being honest, I think Rush is playing dumb on this. If you listen to a little bit more of it, it kinda sounds like Rush could be on the boards or at least keeping up with it in some way. I've been wrong before, though

Kinda sounds like you just want to be a bit pompous about it. It's not devolution, it's actually evolution. The word is and has been taking on multiple meanings. Eliminating the old definition is stifling growth, similar to erasing history because what you think what we have now is better. Kinda what we're trying to stop here in this crazy modern world.
