Well the VI Supreme Court case specifically states this LLC. LLC names have to be different and cannot be the same in any state or territory as far as I know.

What I notice in most of these Delaware LSJ initals LLS the Name Field is "The Corporation _____ Company"
The Corporation Trust Company is a Resident agent business to make an LLC in Delaware and have no actual connection to Delaware.
