should have added "majority stake" RE ownership of UBS-Sec Beijing (51%)
Interesting thing is that in March 2021, 'local partners' of UBS [must be UBS AG??] put up another offering, which could mean that interests outside China would have a 67% interest in UBS-Sec Beijing.....but i only saw it offered, nothing more.
btw, UBS AG seems pretty chummy with their 'local partners' these days....

I'll look to make sure but think it's the Canada branch of HSBC - but HSBC started in China, now it's outta London. Moved there in WW2. Interestingly, was able to do business in China after it went commie - i guess even commies needs banks. KEK.

Bank is also out of Shanghai....there's something in wikipedia about them doing business in Red China.
BTW, guy is reading the HSBC contract ALOUD - and noticing that this collateral agreement with Dominion assigns ALL of their intellectual property, not just some of it.
Why did Dominion need such a big loan in 2019?
We got USB AG (Switzerland) with subsidiaries in NYC and Beijing
We got HSBC (London) with subsidiaries in Shanghai, HK, Canada, etc.
The Q is:
Who really has the influence - the subsidiaries or the parent company??
There's no way to add up the figures as things stand - no way to figure out who is REALLY pulling the strings.

Glad u listed this; same deal involving Switzerland and Sweden to get rid of anything but digital currency? That would wipe out freedom to have private transactions of course which would be the goal.

looking at articles on banks competing to launch the first universal digital currency - but they gotta cooperate to beat out competitors, e.g., BIS. They sound competitive; Swiss and Sweden appear to be one unit in some articles.
BIS is BEAST - but still trying to figure out mBridge. Something to do with UAE plus China. It's all DS stuff, them developing monopoly money so they can roll the dice and collect from from all over the globe.

Implications of the Who Owns Dominion chart:
Staple Street Capital owns Dominion on paper.
But there were two HUGE transactions before the election:

First, in Sept 2019, HSBC Canada did some kind of loan, in exchange for 18 of Dominion's most prized patents as collateral (HSBC = Chinese bank from 1865 now supposedly out of London).

Second, on Oct 8 2020, there was a $400mil deal for some chunk of Dominion brokered by USB-Security LLC, which is out of NYC, but with definite ties to USB-Security LTD in Beijing. Both owned by UBS AG in Switzerland. Re the second deal: An author writing about it said how unusual it was to see a one-investor done so fast and during a pandemic, to boot. (Of course, this was probably the most important election in US history. So maybe money was no object.)
