Dr. Shiva Responds To Maricopa County Envelope Explanation – County ADMITS Images Were Modified Before Delivery

October 2, 2021

Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai, M.I.T. Ph.D., the Inventor of Email issued a response to Maricopa County’s explanation as to why the “Verified & Approved” envelope stamps appeared to be photoshopped.

Dr. Shiva was contracted by Arizona auditors to analyze mail-in ballot envelope images and his findings were highly suspicious, to say the least.

A poor explanation from the county raised even more questions from Dr. Shiva.

Apparently, the county compressed the images before delivery to the Senate instead of giving the real unaltered envelope images.

Shiva describes the explanation as “somewhat cryptic”, then follows up with questions addressing the SOP for envelope image processing.

Dr. Shiva Responds To Maricopa County Envelope Explanation – County ADMITS Images Were Modified Before Delivery'''

October 2, 2021

Dr. Shiva’s letter to Randy Pullen:

Arizona State Senate c/o Randy Pullen

Re: Response to County Explanation of Stamp “Behind” Envelope Triangle

Dear Randy,

Thank you for sharing with me the “County Explanation” concerning the anomaly EchoMail detected of the “VERIFIED & APPROVED MCTEC” stamp appearing “behind” the triangle. Their explanation stated:

“Since the scan is compressed the envelope only takes the outline of things like an arrow or large font. So the stamp was simply stamped over The Black arrow and in a scan it appears to be under it.”

This explanation is somewhat cryptic, and our follow up herein is, therefore, based on our interpretation of their explanation (see I). Moreover, their explanation raises many new questions, and provides an opportunity for further dialog with the County to understand the specific Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of the image processing methods and what steps they follow in the systems for Early Voting Ballot (EVB) return envelope processing.

I. EchoMail’s Interpretation of County Explanation

EchoMail’s interpretation of the County’s explanation is: When a stamp is placed over a blackened region, on any of the triangles on the EVB return envelope (as shown in Figure 1), image compression replaces non-white pixels in those triangle areas with white pixels. And, this image compression process leads to the observed anomaly.

II. Questions and Concerns in Response to County’s Explanation

1) What is most concerning is to find out now, for the first time since EchoMail was engaged for this audit, that the images EchoMail received are a compressed version of some original version. This means that modifications took place e.g. compression on the original images that were created from scanning of the voter’s original EVB return envelopes.

2) Are the pre-compression EVB return envelope images available?

3) How many sets of EVB return envelope images with varying compression exist?

4) Is there an entire set of EVB return envelope images that are high resolution?

5) Are the original EVB return envelopes available for inspection?

6) Is a virtual i.e. digital “VERIFIED & APPROVED MCTEC” stamp being applied to the original high-resolution EVB return envelope images?

7) Are the EVB return envelope images encrypted when saved?

8) What other image processing and modifications takes place on the original EVB return envelope image?

9) Are the EVB return envelope images stored in one central repository?

10)Who has access to the EVB return envelope images?

11)What modifications can be applied to the EVB return envelope images besides the “VERIFIED & APPROVED MCTEC” stamp?

12)Can signatures be removed and altered in the Signature Region of the EVB return envelope images?

13)Can any region of the EVB return envelope image be altered?

14)What is the Chain of Custody on alterations to the EVB return envelope images?

15)Is there revision tracking enabled on EVB return envelope image modifications?

16)What other image processing occurred on the EVB return envelope images prior to EchoMail receiving them?

17) Why are not all the bona fide i.e. “Verified and Counted” EVB return envelope images stamped with “VERFIED & APPROVED MCTEC?"

18)Given EchoMail has access to EVB return envelope images, where the stamp appears both behind and in front of a triangle, how does the County’s explanation resolve such examples? Do different image compression settings exist?

19)What is the exact process and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) from receipt of the original EVB return envelope from the voter, to scanning, to stamping, to storage, and compression of the EVB return envelope images?

EchoMail appreciates the response from the County. We look forward to next steps, once we receive answers to the above questions.

Warm regards,

Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai

The County did not give a clear explanation for why these envelope images look like this and if what they say is true, the images were adjusted before delivery. This investigation is now in the hands of Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich.

President Trump sues Twitter, seeks reinstatement ahead of 2022 midterms

President Trump sues Twitter, seeks reinstatement ahead of 2022 midterms

Taking advantage of Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis’ new anti-social media censorship law, President Trump has filed a lawsuit against Twitter and its CEO Jack Dorsey, demanding that a federal judge force the social media platform to reinstate his account.

In a detailed 38-page motion for preliminary injunction, filed in the Southern District of Florida on Friday, President Trump alleged that Twitter is being “coerced” into enacting the ban by members of Congress who were “operating under an unconstitutional immunity granted by a permissive federal statute, and acting directly with federal officials.”

The president’s legal team, which includes lawyers from power-house firms Vargas Gonzalez Baldwin Delombard, Ivey, Barnum & O’Mara, and Gardner Brewer Martinez-Monfort, also stated that Twitter was a “communication tool” of his presidency, and by being allowed to ban the President of the United States, they are exercising a “degree of power and control over political discourse in this country that is immeasurable, historically unprecedented, and profoundly dangerous to open democratic debate.”

Expert constitutional lawyer Alan Dershowitz is quoted in the motion, concurring that President Trump’s right to speak freely was “seriously compromised” by Twitter’s ban, which also “curtailed” the rights of the American people to have access to his views. He adds that “censoring the 45th President of the United States, the leader of the Republican party, will have an adverse and unknowable effect on the 2022 elections.”

Also listed alongside President Trump as plaintiffs in the suit are the American Conservative Union, radio host Wayne Allyn Root, journalist Naomi Wolf, Miami-based travel agency owner Linda Cuadros, and a man named Dominick Latella.

Twitter banned President Trump’s famous ‘@RealDonaldTrump’ handle two days after the January 6th protests in the Capitol “due to the risk of further incitement of violence.”

Twitter justified their unprecedented move to silence the leader of the free world by pointing to President Trump calling his supporters “American Patriots” and his statement announcing that he would not be attending Joe Biden’s inauguration, along with the rest of the country.

Pence says he's spoken with Trump 'probably a dozen times' since leaving office

October 1, 2021

Former Vice President Mike Pence shed light on his frequent communication with former President Donald Trump since they left office in January.

"We've spoken probably a dozen times since the inauguration," Pence said on Thursday's installment of the Ruthless podcast while promoting his conservative group Advancing American Freedom.

Pence referred to the events of Jan. 6 as a "difficult" and "dark" day, but told the conservative show "We moved past it. We finished the work," putting emphasis on his focus that's "entirely on the future."

"And I believe that future is bright because I think what we've got to do is tell the story of what we did the last four years, Smug, and not be smug about it," Pence joked to Ruthless co-host Comfortably Smug. "We also have to articulate a positive conservative agenda that will draw the American people to us, that would show how we would govern differently and based that on how we did govern differently during our administration and facing the challenges going forward."

Tensions appeared high between Trump and Pence as the vice president certified President Biden's election victory, sparking the 45th president to publicly scold his former running mate as he continued to challenge the results of the 2020 outcome.

The former VP, though, spoke highly of Trump while reflecting on fond memories he had with the president, recalling one about runway drama he experienced while landing at LaGuardia Airport during the 2016 election.

"By the time everybody was secured, everybody was off, I got into the car and I started to head downtown and I got a phone call immediately as soon as I got into car. And I answered the phone and he said, ‘Hey Mike! This is Donald. You guys okay? Everybody okay?’ And I said, ‘Yeah. No, we're fine. It was just a little bumpy ride at the end, but we're good.’ And he said- he said, ‘Oh, that’s great. Because it'd be a real hassle to get a new running mate,'" Pence said, sparking chuckles from the Ruthless co-hosts. "And I said, ‘Well, thank you for your concern. I appreciate that very much.’ That was a moment of his sense of humor that I got quite used to over the years."

Regarding his political future, Pence admitted he's not a "long-term planner" and suggested there has to be a "calling" for him to run for office rather than him "seeking" it.

But when asked if he'd consider returning as Trump's running mate in a potential 2024 bid, Pence responded, "wherever my wife and I feel called, we'll go."

"I can honestly tell you at age 62, the last 20 years of our lives have been a privilege. And so whatever the future holds, we'll just take it to prayer, we'll examine our hearts, but I love this country… This is the greatest nation on Earth and I think it has fallen to us as conservatives and Republicans to defend and advance the freedom that's made this the greatest nation the world has ever known," Pence added.

'I can't': Lockheed executive dodges question on bizarre aircraft in leaked video'''

Apparently experimental craft seen in footage from Mojave Desert facility.

October 2, 2021

A major executive for Lockheed Martin this week declined to offer any information on leaked footage of what appears to be an experimental aircraft at one of its secretive facilities in southern California.

A video making the rounds on social media this week showed a sleek, unknown style of aircraft being transported at what one user determined was Lockheed's Helendale Radar Cross Section Test Range outside of the Mojave Desert.

The video: pic.twitter.com/Unhq9lsHwE — Ruben Hofs (@rubenhofs) September 22, 2021

In a discussion with Defense One on Tuesday of this week, Lockheed Vice President Jeff Babione was asked if he could comment on the footage of the craft. "I can't," Babione replied.

Asked about potential security concerns at the facility following the leaked video, Babione replied: "We're in good shape."
