What if the baker, or someone trusted, had 'global filter' privileges. Meaning if the baker filters someone using the 'global filter' button, anons who opt-in will have the same filters as baker. Of course this would be on a per-bread basis.

well the purpose of the function would be so that the baker can filter only the super obvious shills. That way, anons who opt-in, can have a cleaner bread with less effort.
