Marriage was instituted by God, and to carry out that purpose, God created man male and female–with the proper procreative tools. Angels on the other hand, were NOT "given in marriage". God never instituted marriage among angels, therefore God did not create them male and female nor do angels have procreative ability. Angels CANNOT procreate. Neither are angels animals given the command to go forth and to multiply.
And the "sons of God" angle doesn't wash, either as men are also called sons of God:
38 Which was the son of Enos, which was the son of Seth, which was the son of Adam, which was the son of God. Luke 3
As we can see here, Adam also was called "the son of God", clearly a reference to a man.
3 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.

Here, we can see men also are called by God sons of God. It is no stretch of the imagination (as is attested by historical precedent) that men would also call THEMSELVES "sons of god" even when they are not.

Not all of them. The angels relegated to darkness were earthly creatures over whom Adam once had the dominion before his fall. After his fall, the roles were reversed. This was the event where the Serpent "fell", not from Heaven, but from the earth, sent into the realm "below" (as in ranking) earth, to the pit of Darkness.

The Papacy makes the claim of being "god" on earth, having authority over all kings of the earth, and not just its own members. Its members potentially providea ready-made-in-place fifth column loyal first and foremost to the Papacy(because the Papacy claims to determine who gets through the Gate and who doesn't, a matter of one's eternal fate). Such among them have access to all levels of governments and corporations no matter how secret, and also are in place in every city, town, and village. How's that for "universal"?
