I am not a lawfag, but I like studying what I can understand.

I was wondering if there was a thread for collecting all the governors (mayors) executive orders for their lockdowns?

Furthermore, each state's EO relies on state statutes for their authority and they will cite them. Shouldn't we also be collecting them in the same thread?

I guess lastly, is there any advantage to a single hive mind lawfag group looking at all of them at one time, in one place to see similar weaknesses or strengths, or am I just jerking off?

eg. for AZ

Gov EO

https://azgovernor.gov/file/35283/download?token=J9GgzLBE

Relies on:

https://www.azleg.gov/ars/36/00788.htm

Emergency powers of governor; termination; authorization for adjutant general; limitation

and

https://azleg.gov/ars/26/00303.htm

Isolation and quarantine during a state of emergency or state of war emergency

My first issue isA. During a state of war emergencyin 26-303

Do the other states build their EO like this too?

It was stated. To find strengths and weaknesses.

I for one look forward to being cited for not wearing a mask. When I began looking at these documents this morning, I thought, many people should be doing the same thing in their own state; learning what their government is doing, what they rely on for their tyranny, and to formulate the BEST way/argument to fight back. We could disseminate it here, for free, like all our research.

Now, for yourโ€ฆ."Anons know" comment. You seem not to.
