I just came up with an invention that could both solve all this rioting bullshit and appease the 'muh police violence' arguments

A pair of cuffs that force the arrestee to be calm because once they're on, the officer would pull a little tab that would allow 2 contact points to touch.

>The officer warns the person about the device

If the contact points get separated, 50k volts get pulsed.

It'll take a bit of effort to pull them apart, but the effort of standing up or running with your hands behind your back will cause you to get shocked, then as you go down the contact points get reset (perhaps on a short timer as to avoid extra battery usage).

Each pair will have a battery, enough to hit them 10-20 times if they struggle.

Each pair will have a bluetooth or gps tracker so even if something fails, the offender will be easier to find.

>Either that, or it makes a loud, continuous sound.

When the battery is about to "die", it reserves enough power to audibly warn about the final shock, which if triggered, will be much more powerful.

Modern technology should have NO PROBLEM creating a small version if this.

>There would be a little chip inside each one that tells who the officer was and when/where it was activated

>>>for evidence

>Insert cool features here

I got another one-

It's a single cuff that has a distance and motion detector on it that delivers 50k if it detects erratic motion or if it gets too far away from the officer

>Don't do anything crazy or you'll get tased
