Hillsdale College holds in-person commencement, defying Whitmer, AG

 

Hillsdale — Hillsdale College held its in-person commencement ceremony Saturday night, defying Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel, whose office earlier this week called the celebration illegal.

 

The event concluded three days' worth of festivities including dinners, cocktails, senior music recitals and a party on the quad.

Gov. Whitmer issues warning to auto industry: How it's reacting

General Motors’ Flint Assembly plant is running full-on as its 5,000 hourly workers push to meet pent-up demand for the heavy-duty Silverado and Sierra pickups GM builds there.

 

The plant, along with all of the Detroit Three's U.S. factories, sat idle for about eight weeks this spring as the coronavirus pandemic surged, putting production behind.

 

So Gov. GretchenWhitmer's warning this week that she could shut down auto factories in Michigan once again if residents don’t obey her orderto wear masks to slow the spread of COVID-19 has sent the auto industry into a tailspin.

Sometimes I get angry at all the bullshit we are looking at…then I remember those that watch this movie with me and the showing is necessary… some of it I look away just like a horror film, but you anons make the comedy and calmness……ty. Comfy..
