mostly I listen to Damonheller on youtube…almost every night….at least he is a live person who commentates on what's going on…has a scanner for local police and loves the car chases…kek.
This live stream has the Portland Police Scanner on….sounds like they were trying to cut power to the whole block..PGE…also heard something about permission to go in…not sure what they were referring too..
I've just seen a poor old lady fall over and knock herself out.
