all of us who know better should stand close to young mothers and fathers, ready to encourage them and give a hand. Many were raised in institutions and have no idea how to parent their own children.

and it's our fault. Now we have been given a chance to make amends - by helping both our grown offspring AND their young offspring.

People, please consider using this time to heal the damage done, by asking forgiveness and by working toward fixing the hurt, sense of rejection, confusion and now desperation many young parents are feeling today.

Just consider it, at least.
