To be honest the DECLAS documents already uncovered in the past 2 years have shown plenty that should have been prosecuted
But the Dept of Justice did not prosecute
And, congressional hearings as you know are completely toothless, especially when run by Republicans
Republicans are really bad at using government power and their opponents know it
